Just attended a beautiful wedding at Whispering Pines. It was gorgeous!! The outdoor gazebo and set up made for a beautiful setting for a wedding. The food was delicious and the staff gracious and accommodating. Everything was elegant yet comfortable. The natural setting allowed for minimal additional decorating with a lily-pad filled pond with a fountain , a scenic swing...

I recently attended a wedding of my niece at Whispering Pines Bed and Breakfast. We were very pleased with the location and the facilities and with the excellent service of the owners. The property is on 20 acres of land with oak tree's and a vineyard nearby and provided a great location for our wedding. The facilities were clean and...

Dear Reader, This may sound like yours truly has gone seriously off his rocker, but I have never had anything happen like this to me before. I stayed at this location during the off season and was the only resident at the main house. After a very stressful summer on my way back to the west coast from the east...

A real surprise awaited us at Whispering Pines B&B. They had a fantastic restaurant! We had not intended to eat here but when we checked into our room we saw food being delivered to guests seated in the dining room. My oh my it looked so delicious. So we treated ourselves to a 5 star meal! It is pricey but...

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here September last year in the Emerald Dream Cottage. I only gave it a 4 because we didn't get to try the breakfast, otherwise it probably would have been a 5. We were really late arriving that night and had to leave really early in the morning, so unfortunately, we did...

We lost our luggage and the innkeeper called us to inform us. David offered to refund our money even though it was beyond our cancellation period. He even knocked on our door very early the morning to asked what breakfast we wanted when I texted our order to the wrong #. The breakfast was one of the most delicious (blueberry...

1. WAY Overpriced for amenities. 2. Got the StarDust with the hot tub. Not enough capacity in hot water heater to fill tub. Got a little over half full, then water went cold. 3. No hot water for showers after aborted attempt at hot tub. Had to wait an hour for hot water. 4. No hair dryer after shower. Had...

We had to cancel our reservation because of a ice storm. According to our confirmation we had until 7 pm on Thursday to cancel for Saturday & get a full refund. They told me we had to cancel 7 days in advance. Our paperwork said otherwise. He said he would cancel our room & check into and call me back...

So very happy I stumbled upon this listing in hotels.com as it turned out to be spectacular. Spacious, quiet, lovely; delicious breakfast served en suite; many other thoughtful features. Highly recommended. Only caution is that there is no elevator so mobility challenged folks may have difficulty getting to the upstairs bedrooms.

My husband & I stayed here while visiting a friend in Shawnee. I could not have been happier with our choice. We stayed in the English Hunt room. The room was very quiet, (even with dinner being served downstairs), and we didn't hear any road traffic. The bed was HUGE and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small, but the...
