The Mayo is a beautiful hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here in the future. I visited for a fashion show and there were people everywhere. Everyone was friendly and top of the line. The Penthouse was awesome.

When you arrive, you notice the service. People jump to get the door for you and help with bags, etc. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite that was larger than my first apartment. It was well appointed with a full kitchen and lots of seating. The bed, linens, pillows, robes were all very...

Our room was huge with a very comfortable bed. The shower was great. The lobby area is beautifully decorated and quite regal. The front desk staff was helpful as were the bellmen. We would definitely stay here another time.

This was the worst experience ever!!! We paid a lot of money to have our wedding here and the staff was so rude and the lady we had helping us with everything took money out of our account without our permission..never again will we be back...Do NOT stay here or have a wedding here....very unprofessional!!!!

Dear kgreenlee123, I am sorry to hear of your disappointment. All the terms of payment and pre-payment are defined in the contract that you sign with us, and it is unfortunate that there was a misunderstanding. Please reach out to me anytime if there is anything we can do for you in the future. Warmest Regards, Lukas Vodicka Assistant General...

The staff is lovely, friendly. Walking in immediately transports you to another time. Have a well made martini in the bar, walk around the lush appointments echoing back to the oil rich 1920s. The second floor holds a museum of sorts with photos achieving famous visitors and historical events. Take an elevator up to the 14th floor ballroom and gaze...

I spent 1night at the historic Mayo Hotel. My room was spacious, with a full kitchen, living area, and seperate bedroom. Large bathroom and dressing area was nice. It had a walk in shower but no bath tub. The room was beautifully decorated in an art deco fashion. The lobby of the hotel is gorgeous. I enjoyed a glass of...

The mayo suite will blow by the competition at any other fine hotel you have stayed at and they have the penthouse bar to boot. You will make high marks with the woman by booking here....do not tell her about the great room rate.

We really enjoyed our stay at the mayo hotel. Wonderful historical building with an amazing lobby. But more importantly the rooms are very cozy and enjoyable. Nice place to get a good night sleep. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Since I wrote my last review of the Mayo, I have had the pleasure of staying more frequently. They consistently deliver a five star experience at a reasonable cost. I have enjoyed impeccable service here from the shuttle driver, valets, front desk clerk, cleaning staff and even the on-site engineer who came to help me with a television issue one...

This is my first time to stay at this hotel. The accommodations were excellent, comfortable, and conveniently located for my activities during the week. In fact, I've made an additional reservation for my next trip. The staff are exceptional and interested in your stay. Christia at the front desk insured I received a room to my liking and was always...
