Suite-like room was attractive although bedroom does not have a window. TV channel choices were extensive, and bedroom TV appeared new and was good. The problems: 1. Desk lightbulb burnt out. Living room very dark. Lights difficult and not intuitive. 2. Hair blower first morning broke; smoke came out of it. Asked for a replacement. Never came so I went...

Stayed one night in a junior suite. Great room, had a refrigerator and microwave, nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again. The staff was great, and only visited the Boiker a Room bar downstairs.

The Mayo is almost a 100 years old, but the rooms on the inside are completely modern. Pros: spacious, modern rooms. Cons: outside noise, price and parking. In Tulsa for a concert and decided to stay the night. The downstairs is a beautiful restoration of the original building with marble columns and great two story atrium. The hallways to the...

Had a business banquet here with worst service ever! Only got water even though iced tea and coffee were paid for in advance, the staff didn't offer it to guests so had to flag one down and ask. Staff was scarce so it took a long time to flag one down, they were very inattentive to guests. 1 cup of...

If you want a true Tulsa experience, you must stay here. The beautifully renovated property is deco elegance at it's best. Service is fantastic and the rooms are plush. Worth every penny. I livein Tulsa but have stayed here for events and "staycations".

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times. The hotel also has residences, a great restaurant, and lobby and rooftop bars. The hotel provides shuttle service, airport and local, via new Cadillac Escalades. The standard rooms are disappointing after staying in the enormous and well appointed suites. That's the reason I stopped staying there when in town, our corporate...

We stayed at the Mayo for 3 nights over Thanksgiving and were pleased with the overall experience. The location is great; easy access to Utica Square and a few good restaurants downtown. The valet and bellmen were friendly, quick and helpful. The check in was easy and efficient. The large lobby is beautiful and reminiscent of days gone by. We...

The front desk is not well informed. I asked for local recommendation with directions and they simply wrote the address on a piece of paper. First issue is the place was closed on Sunday and second issue is it was not even close to what I had asked for. My reservation was not correct and it took me three discussions...

Dear Harold L, I am sorry that your overall impression is negative. It sounds like you booked your reservation through a third party website, which would explain the false advertising difficulties with your reservation. I would like to encourage you to always book directly with us or any hotel that you stay in, in the future. You will avoid many...

I'm going to apologize up front for the long review, but I feel like it's necessary to outline the absymal service on this establishment. I decided to plan a big birthday surprise in Tulsa for my husband. Room reservation: was not bad to get. Called their restaurant, The Boiler Room, 3 weeks before the party as I was planning on...

I brought an out of town business guest into Tulsa for three days and was delighted to put them up at the Mayo. What a gorgeous lobby and wonderful, very nicely updated spacious suite. Beautiful bedroom and living room space plus a full kitchen! Roughly 2/3 of the units are apartments (70 +/-) as opposed to hotel (40+/-) so it's...
