I'm going to apologize up front for the long review, but I feel like it's necessary to outline the absymal service on this establishment. I decided to plan a big birthday surprise in Tulsa for my husband. Room reservation: was not bad to get. Called their restaurant, The Boiler Room, 3 weeks before the party as I was planning on... Dear Candice K, Obviously your stay did not go as you or I would wish. I apologize we disappointed you and your guests. I agree with you that it is all about the details when it comes to a 4 star establishment such as the Mayo. If you are willing to give us another chance, please do not hesitate to... More

I brought an out of town business guest into Tulsa for three days and was delighted to put them up at the Mayo. What a gorgeous lobby and wonderful, very nicely updated spacious suite. Beautiful bedroom and living room space plus a full kitchen! Roughly 2/3 of the units are apartments (70 +/-) as opposed to hotel (40+/-) so it's... More

Dear Virginia G, I am glad that you enjoyed at least part of your stay. Let me try to address your concerns. We absolutely provide housekeeping on daily basis, unless there is a do not disturb sign on your door. Our housekeeping goes around the hotel again at 6PM - to check the rooms that had the sign on the... More

This hotel in downtown Tulsa is a great combination of old and new. The lobby and wall art capture the history of the hotel while the coffee shop, and bar off the lobby as well as the room accommodations were very up to date. The room was much larger than I expected, had a great bathroom, a room safe and... More

Dear Loves2Trvl, Thank you so much for taking the time to review our hotel. I am happy that you enjoyed your stay and all the amenities the Mayo provides. It is unfortunate that you got disturbed by the train horns. We do not get many trains coming through downtown, but it does happen occasionally. Please let me know if you... More

The Mayo is surely a hotel with caracter ! Nice spaceous rooms, clean and fresh on arrival and most of what you expect from a business hotel. The breakfast restaurant is not too impressive though, but together with the next door coffee shop the two options gives a decent in-house selection for most people. The hotel staff is very friendly... More

I have stayed in many accommodations nationally and internationally because of my career. I was seeking impressive, relaxing and "different" for a comparative price for a one day event. This hotel was advised to me by a friend of mine in the DoD. "Closely related to what you are used to" he said. I was apprehensive and skeptical at first.... More

The Mayo has a classic look from the outside and nicely appointed inside. The suites are very accommodating to the business traveler, large and comfortable. The staff is especially professional, Christia at the front desk is someone who any business would want to have working for them.

A historic building in the city of Tulsa, located just a moments drive from the airport. Our stay was quite memorable, a fantastic venue for family gatherings, large or small. The rooms are very spacious and the bedding is top of the line comfy. With just a hint of non-threatening-haunt, you'll enjoy your stay here at the Mayo Hotel.

Stayed here one night for a wedding and had high expectations. Mechanical issues in the suite ruined our expensive night of sleep. The AC loudly clicked on every 20 minutes and woke us.
