My stay here was perfectly average. The woman who checked me in seemed less than thrilled to be doing so and I was ever so elated to arrive to my room (413) which is located directly across the hall from two elevators and the ice machine, what a way to treat your Gold Elite members! The room was on par...

My husband, daughter and I needed somewhere to stay for a week while our house was being renovated. We picked this location because of the price and were so impressed with the excellent service we received while there! The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool area was great for my daughter, and every employee we encountered was so kind...

This was a very nice, new, and clean hotel. Everything looked clean and fresh. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for us, but if you have a large group, it is a bit small compared to other hotel pools. They had a free breakfast that was pretty big, offering turkey sausage and ham, eggs, biscuits, oatmeal, yogurt...

We had a wonderful stay, our suite was roomy, quiet and staff very pleasant! Beds are super comfy! Bathrooms are nice size, too! We appreciated the microwave and fridge and small living are in addition to the roomy bedroom. Furnishings we're very nice.

Wonderfully surprised at how clean and comfortable this hotel was. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I would recommend staying here. Our daughter was in the hospital at St Francis South and this is literally right across the way. Perfect for us!! We would stay again.

We typically stay in Marriot hotels, usually Fairfield Inns. This is the first time we have stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites Tulsa Southeast/Crossroads Village. The hotel itself was nice and the room was nice and clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the bathroom having a whirlpool tub/shower combo. (Anyone with limitations of stepping up and into a deep tub...

I made a mistake when I booked this Marriott, but the lady at the front desk and the woman she contacted on the phone were extremely helpful and gracious in moving my reservation to this hotel so I wouldn't have to go to the other hotel. Thank you!

Having stayed at dozens of Fairfield in the past, my wife and I expected much better. It took 20 minutes to check in because the customer ahead had a reservation problem and there wasn't sufficient staff to check anyone else on. The TV didn't work, the shower curtain was falling down, the mattress was worn out and the wifi signal...

My husband and I had to travel to Tulsa at the last minute for a family emergency. The staff here was wonderful! They accommodated our middle of the night arrival, and the extra night we had to add on to our stay. We won't stay anywhere else in Tulsa!
