We went to Tulsa with the GDCA dog show for almost a week. The first day I arrived prior to my husband and we were told that cars and vans in the parking lot were robbed of their possessions and money in several cases. The vehicles were in plain sight and this was during the day. The day my husband...

I was here for 9 days with a large group. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and check-in was swift. We had three banquet functions, and that staff was wonderful to work with, particularly Jesse and Dan. Banquet service was very good. My room was lovely and clean. However, the staffing in the restaurant and that bar was painfully...

I had a few days in Tulsa on business and stayed at the Renaissance Tulsa. It was clean, comfortable and close to so many things. Super Target right next-door numerous chain restaurants around the area. Movie theater across the street. Close to major highway. Excellent on site amenities!! Would stay there again. Picture was sunset from my room!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Extremely disappointed. We did not get our room cleaned at all. Had to ask for clean towels. Breakfast was horrible. We didn't get our drinks until 3/4 of the way thru our dinner and that's because we got up to go get the drinks ourself. Orange juice is not orange juice. More like Tang....

The check in process was ok, nothing memorable. The staff is really friendly and nice but they're all talk with no actions to follow. The general areas are nice and clean. The rooms are outdated with poor housekeeping; I was here for four days and there was no consistency in service. My first night was a nightmare my AC unit...
