This is a older Inn with some up dates. Price is good for the size and comfort of the room. Like most places it has a nice small refrigerator and microwave. Our room had an older TV which wasn't very bright and a little hard to watch. We were told it would soon be updated. It was deftly very clean...

I was a little concern about this older Motel, but was surprise at how clean it was.Of course you cant expect all the frills at the rate they charge. I had my little Chi with me only Five dollars for four days. And t he owner never even charged me that as my dog was so well behaved(.The Baker at night makes...

One would think a $40 hotel room would be terrible, but there are great ones for that price in Northeast Oregon. This isn't one of them. It seems to have been a classic motel with rooms opening to the outside, but for some reason, they put hallways through which alters the plan and makes the rooms very strangely shaped. There...

A nice surprise. Older but clean and in good repair motel. Very good breakfast. A casserole potato, egg, sausage. Choice of fruit and home made coffee cake. Room was small. Bed was medium comfort. Not a La Quinta. 4 rooms per hallway so it can get a little noisy. $5 charge for dog. Have a dog run. Also can walk...

First time in Baker city, stayed here after reading reviews on trip advisor. HOWEVER, feel the reviews are way over rated!! The ROOMS and every thing in them ARE VERY WORN. Not dirty but Surface clean only! Very very limited breakfast, but great coffee! Would not stay here again. Lots of long term contractors, staying here.

Very basic room. Only spent 1 night, didn't try the TV so I don't know about the quality. No hair dryer or coffee in room. Walls are pretty thin i.e. could hear TV in other rooms. It's within walking distance of an average coffee shop for breakfast.

We checked into the old style motel for one night on our way to Washington. We obviously were in the old part of Baker city so everything was dated. We looked around and more or less chose one that had more vehicles and crossed our fingers. The desk clerk was nice and friendly. While standing in the lobby we noticed...

This was a fine place to stay for a night. The owner offered fresh cake when we checked in. She was very friendly. Room was small but clean and had a comfortable bed. Negative: the hallway was super narrow and you could hear some noise. Like someone was knocking on a door, continually, quite early in the morning. Good thing...

This hotel was a complete surprise. Even though it was older it was exceptionally clean, very budget price, and a great free, continental breakfast, that for that day, included homemade bisquits, gravy, and fresh fruit. Each day another homemade special is offered plus cereal, etc. Another plus, was central air, so that one did not have an air conditioner turning...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Bridge Street Inn was built in 1957 and orginally known as the Hereford Motel. It was renovated in 2005. We provide 40 exceptionally clean rooms with comfortable pillow top mattresses in bed sizes double, queen and king. There are 10 brightly lit hallways that lead into four rooms in each hallway, two on the front and two on the back. Approximately half of the rooms have tub/shower combinations. There are rooms with one (Queen or King) or two beds (Double or Queen). The hallways provide additional privacy and extra warmth during the winter season as the entrance doors do not open directly to the parking lot. Each room has a refrigerator, microwave and ceiling fan. Most of the rooms now have flat screen televisions. We provide Wifi at no cost to our guests. There are outdoor barbeques and picnic tables available to our valued guests at no cost. We have ample parking and can provide for those towing trailers. There is a paved walking path beginning on Bridge Street that leads to the other end of Baker City. There are parks and dog friendly areas along the way and the path runs along side the Powder River. We do accept pets and there is a pet area onsite. ... more   less
