I was very impressed with the staff! I was in Bend for an exam and Lisa went above and beyond to make sure I had a room situated in an extra quite location of the property. This made a huge difference in the quality of...More

Personally I would book by telephone to the front desk staff and get a person-to-person understanding of what to expect on arrival. Get a name, and then on arrival confirm the details promised in the reservation phone call. And don't pass on that breakfast -- the buffet is the best I've ever had at a restaurant. It's a proper restaurant meal.
