On arrival at the Brookings Inn Resort, we cancelled the second night, as we were very disappointed in the “resort.” The sink was stopped up, the bed was hard, only two pillows (small and lumpy) were available for two people, no comfortable chair, loud motorcycles outside our window, etc. We were told our cancellation would be credited and we would...

Well this is by far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed.I have stayed at some bad cheap motels. But this one made me want to comment. We did arrive an hour early in our travels. We hoped they would let us in. The girl was checking someone in but told us check in was at 3 we had...

I am a housekeeper by trade. For starters the room was filthy. And the manager proceeded to yell at my fiance and our friend and a couple that was staying a few doors down from us to be quiet when we were barely whispering. I am really disgusted and felt very disrespected for the 100 dollars the room cost.

Where to start !!!? Dried blood on two comforters and they were almost grey with dirt on some parts. The first two rooms were so dirty my parents ended up giving us theirs since the hostess said their were no more available rooms and theirs was the least dirty. But still the comforter had dried blood stains!! Not even washed...

Hotel was nicer then I expected based on the reviews. Yes hotel is dated but my room was clean. Beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly and my grandkids loved the pool. I would stay again. Location was close to harbor, fast food and stores. Free internet in rooms.

The room was very dated and didn't look clean. The ice machine was broken. The breakfast was adequate but had only 2 tables and a very small room where breakfast was served, so it was extremely crowded with only 4 or 5 people. It did have a refrigerator which was very handy to keep cold water. It was across the...

We had thought of staying in Gold's Beach but everything was booked up. So we pressed on to the Brookings Inn, one of the few places with vacancies--my husband wanted to be spontaneous so we did not make a reservation. We had a coupon from one of those coupon magazines you find at rest stops so the price was right....

Name sounds great but it is very misleading. No microwave. No fridge in the room, one was brought in but leaked on the carpet along the way. Ice machine was broken, Ironing board was broken, one tiny 7"x10" trash receptacle for a two bed room, no fan in the bathroom, paint torn off the bathroom door (looked like Elvis though)....
