Friendly staff. Room was good. Property is very well kept. Good continental breakfast. Location was across the road from the beach but this is not a problem. It's about a mile to the haystack rock and this let's you enjoy the walk along the beach

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We loved our stay at the Inn at Cannon Beach. It's a little south of the main drag in town, which suited us fine. The room was lovely and we wished it had been cold enough to enjoy the fireplace. Our balcony was perfect for cocktails, overlooking a fish pond and a landscaped lawn complete with precious bunnies. (They're wild,...

Nice property. Beautiful grounds. Very good complimentary breakfast! Unfortunately our room was in an undesirable location on the property overlooking the side street, and we could hear Hwy 101 noise from our room. We would definitely have preferred to overlook the courtyard or be on the ground floor around the courtyard. There is no ocean view, so the courtyard would...

Tough to beat the accommodations, staff and location. Great for kids and adults. Everything in walking distance. Quiet and warm. Stayed multiple times with never a hitch. Strongly recommend if staying near Cannon Beach

We stayed for two nights at this very welcoming and comfortable inn. The homemade cookies at the front desk were yummy and the complimentary breakfast was satisfying and delicious. Our second story room was pleasant with nice amenities. Overlooking the small pond had it's pluses and minuses; while it was lovely to look at, the croaking frogs were very annoying!...

We've always had a nice time here, if you get a room on ground floor, try and get one with no room above it . I find them to be poorly soundproofed and you get all the noises from the room above . They have a few ground floor rooms with two Queen beds and no room above it.

Location is okay, but if you are looking for an ocean view, you might catch a glimpse of it out of a small window. Check in was smooth and friendly, property nicely kept, continental breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff. Now about the room: noisy, 75 feet from a very busy Hwy 101. To add to that, the room is right...

We are so sorry we didn't provide a better experience for you. We are generally a very quiet property, and hope to offer guests the respite they are seeking. An answer to your question; room 208 is actually one of our most requested locations, and we do not anticipate guests having the sort of experience you share here. Had we...

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn, especially during the off-season. Convenient location with a nice outdoor courtyard area. We stayed there overnight to celebrate our anniversary. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast in the Gallery was good and included gluten free options. We stayed in the King Suite 217. It was spacious with a vaulted ceiling. Overall, the...

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Inn at Cannon Beach. We had an upgraded room which was beautiful, clean and spacious. We were impressed with how well the grounds were kept, and loved the extra feature of DVD rentals. The location was just a block or so from the beach and gave us easy access for...

The rooms at the Inn are perfect for the two of us; we love having a fan for summer and fireplace for winter or cold, rainy nights; DVD rentals are great, . morning brunch, Saturday BBQ lunch, hot cookies, taffy,. Walking the grounds we see unique flowers, many bunnies, & birds. Short 2 block to beach or Mo's and right...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This beautifully wooded property at the quiet south end of Cannon Beach takes full advantage of the beauty of its' natural setting. The architecture and scale of the inn is very residential and cottage-like. Some guests have equated the feel of The Inn at Cannon Beach to a very high end summer camp for adults and families. The warm natural wood exteriors provide a rustic backdrop for the breathtaking native plants, perennials and long blooming annuals that color the property throughout much of the year. Fragrant garden paths with towering spruce trees meander between the various cabin-like buildings creating a sense of escape. The Inn’s central courtyard serves as a social gathering place for guests to come together in a beautiful woodland setting. Many find a sunlit bench the perfect spot to begin a new novel or to enjoy the wind in the trees. Our naturalized pond and it’s flowering borders is a center piece of the courtyard and attracts small wildlife and birds of many sorts. Voluptuous hanging flower baskets fill the walkways with fragrance and the occasional beat of hummingbird wings.Guest rooms are warm and inviting with all the comforts of home. The rooms are cozy and enjoyable on a stormy winter day with the fireplace ablaze and a good book. And when the sun is out, guests throw open the windows to enjoy the birdsong and salt sea air, taking their book outdoors. ... more   less
