Some friends and I stayed at the Hotel Condon for four nights while looking for ghost towns in the area. We found the hotel to be very comfortable and nicely furnished, with comfortable sitting areas on each floor. The breakfast is very generous, including waffles, fresh fruit, dry and hot cereal, bagels, and yogurt. There are small refrigerators for rent...

Husband and wife team basically handle everything - managing the hotel and running the restaurant/lounge. They cook, wait tables, recommend craft brews to those who don't know the difference. Very friendly. Delivered a complimentary desert (bread pudding was incredible) when they learned it was our anniversary. Beautiful restored hotel. If you want to go somewhere out of the way to...

This is a gem restored to its original glory. We enjoyed a Saturday night here with a third floor room and dinner in the "Speakeasy". Food was very good. The room which faced Main Street was quiet with very little traffic at night. We will definitely be back. Everyone was very friendly. The hotel really harkens back to earlier days!...

We just finished two nights with our car group. With ten rooms, and 18 people, we enjoyed the historic ambiance of the rooms, dining area and Speakeasy (bar). Managers/chefs Art and Jenifer, welcomed us, and prepared two evening meals for us. We were delighted with food quality and flavor. The included breakfast was good with waffles available. This was the...

We fell in love with Hotel Condon some years back. Now with the opening of the Speak Easy bar and dining room we are even more impressed. We had the best Prime Rib in our lives. Slow roasted for 12 hours ! Yet still delectable rare ! The bar knowing how to make classic drinks like a Manhattan, Side Car,...

Saturday evening the "Speak Easy" restaurant had a superb prime rib dinner! Nice wine and cheese too. We have stayed before and will be back again!
