Beautiful location. We were the only ones there; they are busier after more snow falls (snowmobiling poker runs? ) $100 a night (winter rates?) for 2. The bed was good, the cooking was fine. The coffee was too weak so I was glad we brought our own coffee set. Snow was falling and the scenery was beautiful. The heater in... More

It is a wonderful location with both a hotel and cabins. I stayed in a cabin both to have more space and a fireplace. The buildings are all a bit run down, unfortunately, and they really do need updating. New beds are definitely needed, and it might not be a bad idea to put in some kings.

Vacationing with son and our wives. Reservations made on short notice through Crater Lake Lodge (no rooms there). When we checked out, found that a "finders fee" of $80 added for the Lodge. Unit was very dated. Would have been better had we known of the full kitchen available. Took over an hour to get the place warmed up. Beds... More

We tried to book a room at Crater Lake Lodge, 6 months in advance, and the park concessionaire booked us at Diamond Lake as an alternative, but the only option was a cabin that could sleep 6 for the two of us. The cabin was functional, but everything quite dated. The sofa in the sitting room was like sitting on... More

Ok, so off the bat, I will say that this is foremost a fishing camp, and the rooms have not been updated for quite some time, but I'm not really concerned about that, I figured on it. The lake is quite beautiful, however, and they have a ton of watercraft, motorized and otherwise, to rent. The little lodge was nicer... More

The only good thing about this place is that it's right outside Crater Lake National Park. We booked a night there based on recommends from people we met that had stayed there years ago and loved it. What a disappointment! Our room was dirty, the bed sagged, the trim around the air conditioner was broken up creating a 2 inch... More

I enjoy traveling to new locations as much as you all do. I don't like to feel like I have been gouged. I spent $269.00 plus taxes and dog fees. I got a cabin with a lake view- charming. The cabin was dirty. No coffee but a coffee pot. Lamps with blown bulbs in them, cigarette butts all around the... More

If I could give the restaurant five stars I would. The food was great & the wait staff were so extremely friendly. Really enjoyed them. The room was well loved. Clean but old. The bed was terrible. Prolly got maybe 2 hours of sleep. The owners could really have a gem if they put a crowbar in their wallet and... More

If you want to be close to Crater Lake, this will do it. When you drive up and see the nice lake, boats..you might think OK, but then you see the buildings and you get scared. The lobby and front desk don't give you anymore hope. I will say, the room was REALLY, REALLY dated. It was clean, bed comfortable,... More

The worst service I have ever had in the restaurant, we waited a half hour to get a cup of coffee, never got a refill, another hour....horrid breakfast. Promised toast did not arrive. No apologies. No response from the front desk. The food was mediocre. Rooms, greasy. Shower, hopeless. Not recommended
