Came down in our Rv to watch the Husky/Duck game (GO DAWGS). Stayed 1 night. Nice Rv resort. Clean, nice lobby, friendly and helpful staff. Great location off I-5. Will stay there again if in the area.

My husband and I have been coming to this park for several years when the Ducks have a home game. This is the last time we will stay at this park. The new managers are very rude, unfriendly, and they obviously do not like us and the Duck fans that support this park. As consumers we have choices where we...

we were passing thru with our mini-van and needed a place to stay. We did our own self check-in shortly after office hours closed. Park is very well maintained, however for us Wi-Fi and bathroom access was not provided, since office was closed. $47.86 was not worth it considering this poor service. Will never stay here again.

We have stayed here off and on since 2009. There are trees and grass as most sites. the pad is asphalt. Nice pool area with a hot tub. The pool ran a bit cold even in temps of upper 90's. The shower/restroom facilities are always kept clean. Nice thing is there are 4 toilets and two showers. They are in...

Clean. Beautifully maintained. Big, long sites. Friendly staff. A newspaper on your steps each morning! Free doughnuts Sunday morning. Happy hour another day of the week. Oh, and EXCELLENT WiFi. Yeah. Close to I-5 but road noise was minimal.

Very pleasant park clean friendly our dog mostly enjoyed the ducks 😊Easy access to freeway but not the noise. Would stay there again. Newspaper in the morning was a good touch. Just wish there was more shade. No shade and 90 degrees hard on the refrigerator.

This was a very convenient park right off I-5 just north of Eugene. The park is very clean, and well maintained. The park is so new that the trees are just starting out so shade is a challenge. The sites are wide and easy to get into and out of. Had a site issue and the maintenance team arrived within...

We stayed here for 1 night while transitioning between maintenance appointments. The Coburg-Junction City-Eugene area has a lot of RV repair/remodel facilities. The park is a very short drive from I-5 (Exit 199: Van Duyn Rd) along a 2 lane paved road. The park was adding more sites past the pond along the interstate. The sites are mostly P/T’s with...

4th of July weekend is not a weekend you don't want to have a reservation. However, Joe was very accommodating and allowed us to stay in the newly built sites.(no trees and no cable=20% off) I call it the back 40 because it was so far away from the clubhouse we had to ride our bikes to get to the...

Nice clean and lovely Oasis off of I-5. It has just about everything you can think of. The sites are huge pads. All asphalt an concrete with lots of lawns, a pond and plenty of dog walking. It includes pool, spa, workout room, lovely laundry and rec room. The down side is it next to the freeway. But we were so...
