We camped here in a RV on our way to Alaska. We enjoyed being so close to the water but it is a parking lot. The bathrooms look like they do in most beach towns-not good. For one night, it is a scenic, convenient place to park.

We have been visiting this park for the past 20 years and have seen a steady decline of facilities and services. The park is dirty and the bathrooms are horribly dated and usually filthy. The "new" registration office is relocated in a dilapidated building and the entry route is confusing at best. There seems to be no pride of the...

Let me start by saying we knew what kind of RV park this is. It is like a parking lot but you are right on the beach! You could hear the waves and the view is beautiful! There are full hookups and the Wi-Fi was pretty intermittent but you're on the beach. The back-in sites do back up on the...

My family prefers to be as close to the beach and surf as possible. As a result, we do not mind public facilities such as this one. Upon check in, the lady was friendly and helpful. We had no issues with pricing and there were no surprises. The restrooms were poor and on par with most public restrooms in California,...

Each and every year, they will tell you that they are in process of upgrading the internet. It is a lie. That told, it is still a great park, with awesome views. I'd stay here again,as it truly is a good park, but again, if you require their internet connection you will be out of luck!!!Still,it is a good park...

The port of Brookings has taken this over and we were expecting the place to get an upgrade.....didn't happen and as of today 6/4/16, we didn't go back as we found out they raised their prices to $51. @ night. Ain't worth it. Filthy, too much traffic, etc. And there are plenty of places cheaper and much nicer.

I arrived as backpacker to Brookings and stayed in this rv camp for 1 night with my tent. I had a "good price deal" offered and stayed due to a lack of alternatives in town. For my money I was rewarded with a incredibly noisy tent place just close to an automated BEEPING door of the coastguard and trucks passing...

I stayed here a week to get the 7th day discount, wifi was unusable, 1/2 the stations on cable tv had static, bathrooms were filthy with mold growing on shower curtains, maintenance crew only replaces supplies then moves on (no cleaning done at all) rv park employee was using a leaf blower to get the sand/dirt off the paved areas...

Never have we felt more 'taken'. Advertised rates for a full hook-up is $51. per night in the summer. Small print says "subject to change without notice". This means we were charged $95. Per night for a 3 night minimum over July 4. The only good thing was the beach view. Otherwise----the free wi-fi did not work. No one in...
