My wife and I stayed here for one night with our small puppy. Room is a bit on the small side, but OK just for one night. Bed was comfortable however the pillows are very small and uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean and serviceable as was the room. Breakfast in the morning was similar to what you would see at a Holiday Inn express. They had waffles, cereal, omelettes, sausage, and various pastries. I would stay here again.

Good stay again, except for the noise. This stay was good again like the last time we stayed here. The only concern was almost every night there was a lot of noise, like people running and jumping all night long in the hallways, room and most of the time it sounded like it was coming from the room above ours. This would go on till midnight, the worst was till 2 in the morning. Aside from that the breakfast was great, being greeted every morning by Robin in the breakfast room. She always made the day start off good. Other than the noise it was a great stay again.

We usually trust this hotel chain but perhaps no more. Well used mattress topped with a flimsy pad that kept pulling up at night. Lukewarm hot water for the jacuzzi. Truly moldy smelling lobby and halls. Room smelled of too much freshener. Cramped tiny breakfast area with typical fare. Staff was bored and disinterested. Oh! And the pillows are those terrible cheap things that collapse to almost nothing as you lay down your head.

This was my first stay at this Comfort Inn, so I had no idea what to expect, but it is very near our daughter's home, and the rate was extremely reasonable, so we thought it was worth a try. Early in the stay, I coughed all night, and when I told Susan at the front desk that it might be due to air quality, she had it taken care of that very day. I think they vacuumed or changed the filters and super-cleaned the room. I slept peacefully for the rest of the stay. Susan also helped track down a container of earrings that I had mistakenly left behind and held them for my daughter to pick up. A breakfast buffet is pretty much a breakfast buffet, but two things made this one stand out. First, they had croissants, and I LOVE croissants, but they are very rare in hotel buffets. Two, and even more important, was Robin, the lovely lady who tended to the food. She kept everything hot and fresh, but more than that, she greeted each guest with warm smiles and friendly words. When my husband and I return for future visits, we will definitely stay at the Comfort Inn.

There are few positives. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job and the lady who is charge of breakfast does a great job as well. That’s it for positives, now let’s talk negatives. I had three issues during the week. I dealt with three different clerks. All three said they would be unable to address them because according to each “they” and “them” would have to take care of it. It was never clear if “they” and “them” were management, a different shift or maintenance. Additionally, three of the exterior entrances locking mechanisms were broken. One of which is the one one the picture section of this page from 2009. “They” should get “them” to take care of that. Lastly, you do not smoke do not expect the smoking policy to be enforced. The first room I was given absolutely reeked. The second one was smoke free but repeatedly would I walk done the hall into smoke clouds coming from rooms.

Stayed in room 242. The room looked like it was used for spare parts and neglected. The bed was beyond soft as in a valley where the 1000s of other people slept, delaminated bathroom door, refrigerator missing, lights burnt out, wall pictures missing but the hanging hardware was still there! Both room key cards did not work as did another person's key stopped working who was standing in line to get a new card key. The disappointing list continues but I don't want to waste any more time with this place. My recommendation is DONT STAY here.

Staff was great on check in ( unsure of her name). Older hotel but good... enjoyed the pool and Robin in the breakfast room is great! She had a cheerful greeting for all of us every morning and was so attentive! We stayed for 8 nights , location was good for us.

Needed a one night stay during a baseball tourney. Found this last minute and paid $180 with taxes and fees for two queen beds. Got in late (11pm.) Had to leave at 6am. Continental breakfast on weekends starts at 7am. Check in was easy. Room smelled musty. Appeared clean. Beds were comfortable but old. Hot water in the shower took about 10 minutes to heat up. Clientele was a little sketchy. For $50 more could have stayed somewhere way nicer. This would have been acceptable for $100/night, not $180. Probably won’t stay here again.

We stayed here 3 nights with our family reunion. Room was very nice, clean, decor was great. We loved their awesome free breakfast. Most of the staff were overly helpful(except Debbie at the front desk) and gave us all we needed for a wide age range of family members. It is an older property but rooms, service and breakfast were top notch. The hotel grounds could use some sprucing up but overall most excellent stay. Yes

I’ve stayed at several Comfort Inn hotels over the years and this one leaves a lot to be desired. Yes, the property is outdated, the rooms small, refrigerator won’t get cold, WiFi is really spotty, you have to flush twice to get the toilet to work. The beds are REALLY comfortable though and housekeeping did a spectacular job. But actually the above items wouldn’t have brought my rating down much. What really got me was the treatment I got when I checked in. I got to the hotel at 3:30 pm, about 30 minutes before check in time. The customer service rep - named Debbie - was short and terse and that was before I even said my name. I had made reservations about a month ago - in town for a wedding and my parents made reservations at the same time. We requested rooms next to each other and to be on the first floor as my parents are elderly and my father just had hip surgery and there is no elevator at this property. I approach the check in desk and asked if my room was ready as I had driven in bad weather for quite awhile. Debbie just kind of ignored me, told me they had been full the night before and housekeeping was still working on rooms but could have something within 15 minutes. Ok, fine - I was really tired. I then asked about my parents room and that we had requested rooms together. The look I got from Debbie could have frozen snowballs in hell. Again, both my parents and I had requested rooms together a month before and gotten confirmation from the hotel that our requests had been honored. At that point Debbie told me that there was no notes in their system asking for rooms together and it might be a problem. Debbie did get the two rooms together after some reworking but kept saying there were no notes about the rooms. Her surly attitude and comments seemed to accuse me of trying to make the hotel jump through unnecessary hoops when it was requested and approved a month ago! Then the kicker, since we had requested rooms together on the first floor, they hadn’t been cleaned so it was going to be awhile before I could get my room. When I asked if there was anything that could get me in my room before 5 pm - and an hour after check in, she basically said it was my fault for the special request and if I didn’t need a room next to my elderly parents, I could have checked in right away. I was NOT happy. I got my card keys - no directions to my room - like the other guests received while I was trying to resolve this issue from the other guest services rep - and was told to go eat or go shopping and the room would be ready later. Really? How easy for Debbie to say that when she knows nothing of me nor my situation. As my frustrated self was preparing to walk away from the desk, Debbie all of a sudden kind of smirks and says “Oh, here is the request for side by side rooms, I didn’t see it before.” I walked away. I will never stay at another Comfort Inn. Maybe I blew things out of proportion regarding the wait to check in but Debbie made the whole situation worse with her attitude and approach to this situation. My frustration and stress level are maxed out thanks to that ambivalent, uncaring woman. Never again
