We got 2 rooms through groupon and were a little leary because the rate was so cheap. However, both had been recently remodeled;new carpet, paint linens, and were clean and comfortable. Bandon at the front desk was very welcoming. The ability to use pool and arcade at Running Y was a nice little bonus that the kids loved. We will...

So, first of all, ignore all of the older reviews on this hotel because, the place is under new management, and our stay was terrific! We checked in the first night and we were exhausted from traveling all day. The staff member on the front desk (Christine) made us feel extremely welcome, and the lobby looked beautiful. We went to...

I was bringing my father in law to meet up with a friend for a few days and his friend recommended the Cerulean where she herself was staying. When I called to make a reservation I spoke with the manager Bandon. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. He called two days before we were to arrive to see if...

This is an older facility located in the old downtown area. The outside leaves a little to be desired...but, the room itself was very satisfactory. I was very pleased with check-in and the helpfulness of the clerk. The breakfast was outstanding. The location to freeway was also a plus...within 3-4 blocks.

Stayed here on my way to Moab Jeep Jamboree. I stay at Choice Hotels almost exclusively when they are available where I am traveling. This is a pretty nice hotel it is a little older and needs a little TLC but besides that a nice place. I stayed in the King Suite and really enjoyed it. Clean comfortable and plenty...

Check-in for our online reservation took almost half an hour. The desk clerk never smiled and took phone calls while we waited, never apologizing for the delay. The rooms are large and comfortably appointed, though showing definite signs of age in construction, especially plumbing fixtures. One of our two rooms had a broken security lock, and the key cards seldom...

Klamath Falls is a lodging destination for a trip to Crater lake. For that purpose, the hotel serves its purpose. The location is good in that it's walking to downtown restaurants as well as a park next to the lake. Rooms are pretty spacious and breakfast is decent - typical as in Quality Inn. Rooms don't have any windows except...

We wanted to stay downtown, so we could walk after driving all day. The motel looked unkempt, and the landscaping was run down, but it was late in the day. cigarette burns in the bed cover, and peeling particle board around the vanity. Definitely nothing special. The pool hot tub had a leak on the sidewalk when you turned the...
