My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in September. We were in the original building. The rooms were a good size, which was nice. But, nothing matched. Some of the beds are comfortable, some not. They did have kitchens in our rooms which was great. But in the second room there was no hot water in the kitchen....

This motel has a nice selection of rooms for starting in the low $70 dollar range and up. The beach is never crowed and there are good places to eat at right down the street and turn left and your on the small main street with plenty of choice's. We took a small room with a minor view of the...

We booked a room with a fireplace and ocean view suite. When we checked in, we were given a room in a building that is separate from the main building and we got a 1 bedroom unit that also had a queen bed in the main room. The extra bedroom was a waste for us but there was nothing else...

We prefer the corner building over the main motel. And lower level. Can walk right out onto beach. Good beds, linens, pillows. All the kitchen equipment one needs. We cooked 2 meals. Only thing lacking was a ceiling light that worked. Didn't care enough to even mention it. Cars do go by very close to front slider but didn't bother...

We loved the location and ocean views. Manzanita is beautiful little town, but you can't go wrong anywhere in the area. Rooms are out dated, but very inexpensive. Would recommend owners to put a grill near pick nick table. It would have been great grilling locally caught fish.

Clean and comfortable basic room with a great location! Was happy to get a room at such a good price for one night and enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. Would reserve an oceanfront room next time as they are only a little bit more expensive and much roomier with a great view!

All depends on the room you have. Some have a sea view - they cost about usd 100 or so. Go for it. We had the 31 on the first floor : 2 queens bed, small kitchen, shower room. Spacious and nice sea view. No bfast is served but the room comes with a coffee machine and coffee so you...

Without reservations, we were lucky to get a room at this motel. The room was very adequate - clean, comfortable bed, good shower (with lots of water pressure!), a gas fireplace, and a wide view of the ocean across the street. The attendant was helpful re choice of restaurant for our dinner and providing extra tea bags. Despite the rain...

Our second visit to this property, stayed above office in room 127, best room available for ocean view, large picture windows and very spacious! Not fancy but just perfect for watching the ocean waves, and the people and dogs on the beach. Delightful small towne vibe, good pub, small markets and two good coffee shops! All you need for a few...

We loved the motel and the town of Manzanita - very quaint and quiet - unlike towns to the north. The motel is right across from the beach so you can see and hear the ocean from just about anywhere. Pretty basic rooms but clean and nice.
