This is budget but clean, tidy, everything worked. Close to Interstate and restaurants.
Breakfast, for the price, good.
Greeting and check in efficient and fast. Good parking. Easy access to downtown and gas.
The room was clean and nice. The carpet was new, causing the door to bind slightly, but this wasn't a real problem. Breakfast was good, although it was somewhat limited in selection. Biscuits and gravy, cereals, pastries, and yogurt.
Pleasantly surprised!!! Nothing special but the room was clean, dark and quiet. Room came with a fridge and microwave. WiFi was free and actually quick.
Free breakfast was continental without many extras.
Property definitely on the older side but conveniently located for Medford.

.... I don't believe there would be any problem sticking your mountain bike in the room - I do believe the 1st floor rooms are "smoking" as well as pet friendly, so you know. Also - I was "advised" not to leave the windows down in my car - apparently there are more than a few homeless in the area - so don't leave your bike outside.
