I was persuaded to stay here instead of the Motel 6 up the road under duress, I'm glad we did. Was a great place in a great town. Easy parking, friendly service, clean rooms and a public porch out front. 10 mins to the local pub and just a quick drive to the eateries down the main road.

I had the misfortune of staying in the Oakridge Motel last Thursday, July 16, 2015. Upon waking up, I was itchy all over, but bite marks hadn't developed yet. By that night, I was covered by 198 painful, itchy, swollen bite marks from bedbugs at Oakridge. I have since sought medical attention, had to miss several days of work, and...

We stayed here for week while mountain biking the area. It's the perfect spot if you're here to do all the outdoors activities. It's next to the main highway but pretty much no traffic or noise at night. Occasional train horns though the city on the hill above us at night. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. Salmon creek...

Spent two nights, in town visiting family . Two adults w/two boys. We had room #9. Very nice. It's older furnishings. But very clean . Had 2 separate rooms w/queens, with own older tv's but they worked fine. Kids could watch what they wanted. Bathroom looked like it had been re- done recently, jetted tub that my son couldn't wait...

Very simple and basic room with outdated furniture, small tube tv's, and old scratched up wood panelling. The mini-blinds were missing parts and had to be manipulated by hand. The mini-fridge in the closet was super loud every time it kicked on, to the point where it had to be unplugged. The walls are thin and I clearly heard my...

We weren't expecting much from this little motel; we only picked it for the low rates. But the room was clean and pleasant, with all the amenities we could expect and some other nice touches--mints, a coffee maker with mugs and sugar left out. Having stayed in a lot of chain motels, this was cheaper, friendlier, and more comfortable.

Although we got more than out money's worth in terms of space the place is not clean. I think the kids picked up a bug from the jacuzzi, although I cannot be certain about that. They used it before I realized there was visible mold in parts of the tub. It sounds like the place is in the process of...

We stayed in #5, and I scalded the bejeezus out of my scalp. I was sore for a full day after. Although I liked the $45 price, the shower was horrendous. Handles misplaced on both shower and sink faucets, water sprayed out of the handles as well as without warning you get scalded.

Beware of room #4! The shower is a torture chamber. It is next to impossible to control the temp with the antiquated valves, which are just a few inches from the immovable shower head. Set the temp, get under the shower and within moments the water is 130 degrees, scalding whatever the shower head is aimed at. Someone in another...

The photo is not the hotel or the address of the hotel I am reviewing. That aside, this is the best value I have had for lodging in very long time. Someone else said "quirky" - yes... and classic mountain lodging. I was very comfortable here. It isn't fancy. No granite counter tops or Jacuzzi tub here. But it is...

“The double room with the jet tub is the best however I seem to remember no windows opened so you had to wipe down the sweat on the walls etc after bathing to get rid of it faster because it would make you feel damp and cold.”
