For two of us $62.90 one room two queen beds, coffee pot and coffee, flat screen TV with 70 channels, clean and neat, onsite landscaping looks like someone cares about place, big parking next to rooms , benches outside your room, friendly owners.

I've gone to Oakridge 12 times in a row for Mountain Bike Oregon and have always camped. This July my wife and 13 mo. old daughter came down with me and we were not quite prepared for camping with her, so I opted for the Arbor Inn. I stayed there once before during another mountain bike outing, and I have...

A friend and I stayed at Arbor Inn Motel in the beginning of June 2015 for three days of epic mountain bike riding. We decided to stay at a small, quiet and locally owned motel. The owners Greg and Linda were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were large enough for both of us and our travel and riding gear,...

To celebrate my 40th birthday in April I did a 100 mile hike with my dog. Just the two of us. Everything was great... until her foot pads got worn out about 2 shy of our final destination. I was able to find us a ride into town and Greg and Linda were very kind to provide us a place...

Friendly and accommodating hosts (Greg & Linda). Room was clean and the price point was a great value. Kitchen was sparsely outfitted but everything worked, including the TV and Wifi. Bikes were easily brought into the room and the motel is on the biking trail system. A small shower fee was added for extra visitors (motel is on a water...

If you are on a budget, like me, then the Arbor Inn in Oakridge is a nice place to stay. Greg and Linda treat you like friends, and the rooms are clean. And they are right across from Greenwaters Park, and within riding distance of the mountain bike trails. We stayed in Bend later in our trip, and our room...

I checked into this room, then checked right back out. The room stunk and the window coverings didn't work properly. There was hair in the shower and the sheets didn't look like they had been washed. The room was not well maintained and the whole place had a greasy and grimy feel. Other rooms at the motel appeared to be...

I came to Mountain Bike Oregon very last minute. All of the hotels in town were booked. I usually sleep in my car and camp for these events but there was no place to park in town. It was not allowed at the festival. I found this hotel/RV park and what a find it was. I was allowed to park...

Great place for MBO! . It's not the top of the line but I don't expect it to be. Clean rooms, very quiet. Received new towels each day. The kitchen had basic utensils that I needed. The owners we're super nice! Benches outside the room to enjoy my morning coffee. I'll stay here again
