This is the second time we have stayed here for a concert at the moda center. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The walk to the moda center is 10 mins and easy to do. The rooms are super comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and plan on staying there again for our next concert.

Very new hotel with tasteful decor. Very friendly and accommodating staff: I got there at 10 in the morning and they got my room ready while I had breakfast. And I had requested a quiet room which they found for me. As the title says, it is kitty-corner from the Convention Center. And right next to the light rail stop which goes directly to the airport. Only (small) negative was the fitness center. Two treadmills, one elliptical, one bike, couple weights. Machines are Spirit. I only used the elliptical and it felt a bit cheaper than Precor etc. All machines looked very new but the left handle of the elliptical was already broken. Overall, it was adequate but not great. A step below the overall excellent quality of everything else I saw in the hotel.

I came down for the Trailblazer's game against the Orlando Magic. It was special because a lot of my family came down to watch my nephew play. The staff from the front desk, houekeeping, to the valet were friendly and efficient. It is an annual event for my family and I plan to make this the hotel I stay in each year.

I’ve been to many events at the hotel and enjoyed their rooftop eatery, bar and conference rooms, but this was my first time staying at the hotel as a guest. It was a wonderful stay. Everyone from the valets to Daisy and her team at the front desk were stellar. Sunday Brunch was delightful at Metropolitan Tavern. I’ll be back!

The entire property was very clean, secure and all the employees I spoke it’s whether it be on the phone prior to arrival or during the stay, were all exceptionally friendly and helpful! The beds and pillows were super comfortable too! I couldn’t have asked for better! New go to hotel when I have an event at the Moda center as the walk was very short!

The hotel was beautiful and very clean, the staff were very friendly and so helpful. I loved that they had valet so I didn’t have to worry about my car. My room had robes and they were so comfortable I wanted to live in them and the pillows were soooooo soft. It was a great stay and I will definitely be staying there again

Delightful hotel. Cool lobby decor. I was impressed with their efficient texting system for requests that immediately gets you anything you need. The beds are comfy with lovely bedding and a faux fur blanket. I somehow got an ADA room even though I don't need it, and the shower was amazing! Rain shower on one wall and handheld on the other so you can body spray from both sides. And deep soaking tub. I'm getting that room again next month when I go back. Well-curated minibar with interesting cocktail choices. I liked their electronic button system for telling housekeeping to give you privacy or make up the room. The rooftop restaurant is wonderful, and they also have a nice coffee bar/breakfast place.

We came to Portland to attend a concert. Hotel Eastland was a perfect fit for our occasion. It's within walking distance of the venues. It also has valet parking with security. So nice to not have to worry about your vehicle when in a city you're not overly familiar with. The valet employees were amazing!!! Super friendly and helpful! Great food as well!!!

Truly enjoyed the experience at the Hotel Eastlund! Beautiful rooms, stylish hotel, very very clean, and a lot of great amenities!!! I don’t usually do valet but the service was top notch and I enjoyed it! I also really enjoyed the fact that there was a restaurant and cafe for convenient eating, just to do even more relaxing!!!
