The biggest advantage is that the Eastlund is new. Being new, they are clean and bright. They have all the chargers you need for your various devices on hand already in the room. We enjoyed the self serve bakery downstairs for a simply hot breakfast. Check in staff was friendly. If you have a car, the only option is valet... More

From the moment we arrived the staff was amazing! We originally were only going to stay a couple nights but ended up staying for a third. We had dogs with us but we just let them sleep in the car in their kennels and the staff accommodated us by allowing us to park our vehicle right outside of the main... More

Title says it all. Stayed here a few times, walking distance to public transportation, lots of food nearby and in house. Staff are always welcoming and professional. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable.

I've traveled across seven continents and this hotel is a gem. The service very friendly and helpful, the room sleek modern design and very comfortable, and the restaurant on the top floor has a Portland chef making a statement. Fabulous meals. I was equally surprised to find the coffee shop on the ground level featured fresh hand made pastries that... More

The valet and check-in was great, but the room has been a great disappointment. I especially confirmed that the beds would be queens, not full, however, upon check-in, the beds are definitely full beds. The room is tiny and I'm already claustrophobic and anxiety is mounting at the thought of having to stay here for 3 nights. Front desk and... More

All the staff from the parking attendant's, desk clerks (excluding one young lady who was a jerk), housekeeping and restaurant were wonderful. The one young lady refused to provide a complimentary mouth wash even though I could see that there were some in the plastic container she looked in. She said we don't have any. I went back later and... More

My wife and I had a great experience and would come back in a heart beat. Front desk and valet staff were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Aaron at front desk went so far as to take my baby's bottle milk to the staff lounge to warm it for us when I asked for advice. Awesome. Common space is modern and... More

The hits: 1) There aren't many places to stay if you need to be in this part of Portland. 2) You can get on the Max at the airport and get off in easy walking distance to the hotel. 3) People are very helpful. 4) The breakfast spot in the hotel has good food, especially baked goods so there is...
