We love the duvet covers on the beds. But Kennedy was able to handle making sure all of our friends had rooms and his staff all made it easy to coordinate. We have stayed here many times and keep coming back. Damien always knows I'm coming and bakes homemade pineapple cookies just for us.

This is the second time we stayed here. Don't know what it is about the beds, bedding, and pillows in this place, but we both have the best sleep ever when we stay! Fantastic accommodations! Other than a couple disinterested bartenders on Saturday evening, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this place if you want a good nights sleep.

What a disappointment this hotel was - in a word - shabby. Shame on them for touting cleanliness when the bathroom grout was so gross I didn't even want to shower in it! The room wax so small you could barely walk around the bed. Only one side had a nightstand ...and no outlets for charging by the bed (had to string an extension cord across the bed for my cell phone). Pathetically slow internet (just turned it off and used my cell instead. I could go on and on but my best recommendation is to run far and far away from this disaster!

Everything was perfect. Literally the softest bed linen ever. Pro tip: get the balcony if you're a people watcher. It's downtown Portland, it's amazing. Close to so many shops and places to eat. I will definitely stay here next time.

The hotel was perfect. lt was perfectly located in downtown Portland, just walking distance away from the Oregon Science and Technology Center, shopping, restaurants, Powells Book store, and the Spirit of Portland dinner cruise. Other than not being fond of duvets, the room was fantastic.

We love dogs. But we also love being at a hotel that is quiet. Patrons are allowed to leave pets unattended for hours. The dog next to us was a loud barker. We had traveled all day and wanted to rest before dinner. NOPE. Dog barking. Then when we got back. Dog was barking. Called desk and they said there was nothing they could do. Walls and floors are thin. We think we had cloggers above us.

As we are pet obsessed, we do have plenty of our four-legged friends staying with us throughout the year. The service was great, the room was great, and clean. But what made me mad is that this time I was charged 230+ for accidents (that didn’t happen) when last I was there it was only 75$ and I wasn’t told about this. So my card was 500$ for one night. Not cool. Then when I called and talked with Sam he just tried to explain the same thing over and over in stead of just answering my question. Which was (why was this time 230$ when last time it was only 75$) I don’t want to hear the same answer over and over. I don’t want the kid in trouble but he needs better answers then what he was telling me. I got a recipe pretty fast after we had left. That Monday and the 230$ showed up today. So that doesn’t really makes sense either. Thanks Heather H

For prepaid reservations, the incidental hold upon arrival is $75 while for this recent visit, we authorized your room, tax and $75 deposit for incidentals. Very comfortable beds, nice very clean room, excellent room darkening shades and good climate control for an older (renovated) hotel. Staffers at the front desk and restaurant were super helpful with short wait times. Noise from hallways and room above was at times not ideal, especially on our second night with much heavy footfalls from above. Our room was not cleaned or visited between nights, which was not a huge problem but was a surprise. Towels and pillows were luxurious; free bottled water was a nice touch; the funkiness / not-so-corporate feel was great.

Downtown Portland experience was awesome. Brought my Pup and we were so welcomed by the staff. The room was clean and comfortable, staff so friendly. I saw many other dog owners there and all seemed happy. Great access to Water Front Park across the street. Multiple coffee shops and restaurants within easy walks.
