We had a wonderful stay. The old Hollywood decor is delightful, the room was very comfortable, and the staff helpful. It is also a convenient walking distance down to the many delicious restaurants of Portland. And we wanted the short walk after indulging in Portland's foodie scene. All together a lovely trip!

Hotel's Favourite
My partner and I stayed here for a snowy and icy weekend so we could close to the venue for a Friday and Saturday night show. The service was phenomenal and I can’t say enough about the beauty of the historic hotel. Provenance has done a great job preserving the character of this amazing structure while providing all of the modern amenities you would expect in a hotel. We brought our dog and the pet package was a very nice touch with a medium sized bed and collapsible dog dishes that you get to keep. Don’t miss brunch in Gracie’s as the food is excellent and the waitstaff do all they can to make sure you enjoy the food and atmosphere. The hotel is walking distance to many downtown music venues and also a quick walk to the waterfront for a stroll along the Willamette with our pup.

We’d been traveling since 4am, it’s now 4:30 at time of writing this. Tack onto that, we originally had booked with an Airbnb but due to a fire / life safety hazard, decided it was best to leave. We found this hotel and thanks to the wonderful staff, my fiancé are finally off our feet. Without getting into details, Morgan at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure we were truly taken care of. His act of kindness today almost brought my fiancé and I to tears. I have no idea if he’ll read this, but Morgan, you’re the best. I cannot begin to describe the massively positive impact you had on my fiancé and I.

We stayed here (room #730) for our mini-honeymoon. It has been everything we wanted. Parking, reception, service, and room were all exemplary. It's centrally located and just three blocks away from Providence Park. There is a lounge and restaurant, too. Very convenient! We'll be back!

I took a solo trip to Portland for a few days before meeting up with family and the Hotel Deluxe was absolutely perfect for my stay! I felt safe the entire time while enjoying top-tier accommodations and amenities. The room and hotel were clean and welcoming. The bed/bedding were very comfortable and plush. The front desk staff were awesome with answering questions and providing assistance. The Driftwood Room is one of the best bars and hangouts in Portland. I absolutely loved the morning coffee bar in the morning and being able to have a glass of wine before heading out to plans for the night. The gym is equipped with what you need to break a sweat. I loved being able to try out The Mirror and when I had issues with it, maintenance was there within a few minutes. Simply put from check-in to check-out, the Hotel Deluxe was sensational

I checked into the Deluxe after hearing from a local that it was a nice stay (they didn’t lie). This place is gorgeously remodeled. My room was clean and well stocked. The restaurant had excellent food and service (great portion sizes as well). The front desk gave good recommendations for local points of interest too! This ain’t your typical hotel. This is the type of place that has a historic feel with all the modern comforts. I know where I’ll be staying when I come back to Portland!
