Gorgeous hotel in a quiet and peaceful part of Portland. Within walking distance of riverfront and lots of great restaurants in all directions. Rooms and hallway have great design and uniqueness. Fantastic customer service. Great pool (and meditation area) and cafe. It will be an exceptional hotel when restaurants/bars reopen.

Grace We had an excellent experience with Grace attending to our vehicle. We had a valet ticket on the dash from a previous Hilton stay. Grace was able to get to the bottom of the mixup quickly and was extremely polite and patient!

Had a great stay here and valet provided excellent service from Mo. the jacuzzi is broken and the pool is quite cold FYI just in case those are your top reasons for staying. As for the rooms themselves, they have great views and great beds. The pull out sofa is quite large.

The flash valet system is so convenient. The rooms are updated and clean and the staff is friendly. The rooftop bar has a good ambiance but could use a few more food options although - I had a chicken salad which was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel: super clean, friendly staff, swanky pool, easy to get to, great location. Very near public transportation options. The restaurants were temporarily closed/getting ready to re-open, but they looked great. My kids were thrilled, anyhow. Of the many helpful staff, shout out to James at the very front!

This was a horrible stay for me and my family. Upon check in no one to help me and my family with bags, I was told no housekeeping during my 3 nights would be available, my entire floor was under construction with my newborn and the restaurant is shut down so only food option is a breakfast bar that was always sold out of food. Went for a relaxing trip and ended up having a horrible experience. When I called for help at night the front desk clerk had to go downstairs into the basement to get us extra blankets because the one housekeeping member left early.

Good: location was excellent, Valet staff were amazing especially the manager, Mo, and James, the bar on floor 16 is nice and had wonderful staff Bad: Valet $49 a night, no restaurant, sauna and hot tub broken, steam room filthy , room not very clean
