We were placed here by necessity when our confirmed reservation was denied at another hotel after nine hours of travel to attend our daughters wedding. This is a transient hotel primarily for the local VA hospital. I am a vet and have nothing against that. Other than a clean, comfortable bed this place offered nothing. I had to ask for...

We stayed here for one night on our way to the coast. Heading to our room and the hallway had a horrible smell. Don't know what it was. Then we got in our room and it was nice. Beds were nice and clean and we slept well. The breakfast was so so. Muffins and cereal. It is an average place...

This hotel worked out great for our stay in Portland. Lots of shops nearby and not bad access to downtown or elsewhere. About 30 min from the airport but everywhere you go in Portland is heavy traffic. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was super friendly and accommodating. Parking is tight here and when returning from our night out...

Portland in July is popular and the hotel rates are higher than we like to pay so we strayed from our typical chain hotel choices and decided to try the Aladdin for a night. Still not cheap but less expensive than the chains. Chris at the front desk was very personable and helpful during check in. The room was large,...

Very convenient location. Walking distance to orthodox synagogue (within 1.2 miles.) Staff was very responsive to requests. Chris was amazing and extremely helpful when we needed suggestions/directions for nearby sights and/or day trips.

I was scheduled tor cancer (prostate removal) surgery at the nearby V.A. hospital last week. Our adult daughter and granddaughter traveled to be there in support. Rose did an excellent and friendly job of getting us checked in and answering our questions. As I was laying in surgery, my daughter suffered a massive Gall Bladder attack that incapacitated her for...

The people working the front desk were super friendly and it was apparent that they wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable. The room was basic but comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom door (room 311) wouldn't shut. But it wasn't enough of a problem for me to tell the hotel staff. If I had...

Would Recommend this hotel to anyone was convenient and located just on the other side of the parking lot is Frack Burger which was recommended during our stay. Enjoyed not being in the heart of Portland for our stay but had the access to downtown.
