We were hesitant to rent an RV space here, based on previous reviews. However, we must have been some of the few lucky ones to come away with a good experience. There were not many options for lodging in the area where we needed to be for a Laceosse Tournament. We booked in advance, and had no trouble at all....

Enjoyed just the one night. A very busy area North of town, but there are plenty of businesses in the area. Eat at Island Cafe. The park is huge, surrounded by manufactured homes, business park, big box stores and condos. I'd say there are 200 spaces. Many of them look long term but those are well kept. Full hook up,...

While the park is in a convenient location, apparently you are not allowed to swim with a life jacket?? My kids are 3 and 4 and we ALWAYS put life jackets on them anytime they go in the water. And older gentleman stopped my husband on his way into the pool letting him know "floating devices" weren't allowed. I double...

Compliments to Erika and Danielle, the front office gals. They run a GREAT RV park. We have stayed there several times and each time has been PERFECT. This time we stayed for a month. We have NO complaints, only compliments. It is so quiet there with no hassles between neighbors. The only sounds one hears are the jets above, but...

This is our go to place when going to Portland as it is easier to get into town from here. Easy off the freeway and easy office. It does have a lot of fulltimers, but there is a 10 year old restriction and they all are nice. There are about 15 sites for over nites and tho kinda narrow are...

being honest and truthful, i would not recommend to stay here. Me and my brother went on a four day three night trip to Portland for the Portland swap meet. We took a camper and towed a flat bed trailer with sides for car parts. The first woman we dealt with was very rude on the phone when making the...

We recently stayed at Janzen Beach RV Park in Portland Oregon. It was the first time that one of the Woodall's reviews was so horribly wrong. It was the worst campsite we have ever stayed at. My 8 year old daughter cried wanting to leave. It is under the Portland Int' airport runway, a military airport and beside a train...

The rv park is ok, like many other parking lot types, stayed for 3 nights with 42 ft coach. Easy to maneuver around. Good location for getting to downtown or shopping. No problem with check in, not a very friendly woman but that didn't affect my stay. Very noisy, had to wear ear plugs to sleep but didn't bother husband...

The woman in the office was terribly rude from the moment we pulled up to the moment we left. Whoever owns this park needs to get another employee in the office with tact & professionalism. There are people out there that would appreciate this job. Not chase away clientele with snarky remarks . There's a line between being assertive &...

We wanted to experience much of what downtown Portland has to offer, but we firstly needed a place to park our trailer. And we didn't want to have to drive and park in the city. Jantzen Beach provided a place where we felt safe leaving our truck and trailer for the day. And we were able to catch public transportation...
