Have not spent much time downtown since the pandemic, but it was our anniversary and the Heathman under new ownership is keeping some of the old school vibe and charm while upgrading. Hopefully they will continue to go back to the roots along with great service and accommodations.

Hotel staff was excellent! Location was great very easy to walk anywhere. Parking was $55 a night but easier than trying to find street parking. Hotel is very nicely done, love the library! Would definitely stay again.

Chose this out of convenience more than anything else but pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was. Moved my two meetings to the lobby library, great breakfast, easy walking distance to good restaurants and things to see. Ordinary expenses (drinks, parking, etc.) but rate was fair and room fine. No view on the west side of the building and it is downtown so noise starts early, but happily not much of it.

Exceptional quality rooms and staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The rooms have been tastefully remodeled recently and beds are very comfortable. The valet staff are inviting and helpful with your luggage, directions and when you need your car you will have it. The Tavern restaurant has excellent food and cocktails. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Great stay. I always come back to the Heathman, having stayed at other downtown hotels, it’s the best.

We had a great 4 day stay at Heathman Hotel. Everything from checking in to checking out was great. The room was nice, clean and was very quiet. The valet service was great. When we needed a wheelchair because I had oral surgery at a dental facility and wasn't quite able to walk the distance to our room the staff was quick to get a wheelchair for me. Very nice Hotel to stay in.

Very nice stay, room was clean and pleasant. Nice front desk. Miss the valet uniforms, pretty casual staff. Walked to Higgins ( favorite downtown spot) wish we could have had movie options on the tv. Nice bathroom!

We stayed at the Heathman Hotel because it was near our venue. The hospitality staff didn't disappoint. Our room was exactly as expected based on the online photos. Valet service was prompt. Be sure to ask them if you can Venmo a tip. In today's cashless society, it's important to remember there are other ways to say thank you to those who take care of your vehicle. Don't miss out on the small coffee shop attached to the hotel.
