Great Experience. I called multiple times before I arrived and Ian answered all my questions and helped plan a trip to the beach. Fredo was great throughout the trip! He helped with so many issues from taxis, to where to go, to eat, etc, etc! Ralf was excellent! He hosted my children in the restaurant, when I couldn't be there....

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We had a three day conference for Thursday, Friday and Saturday -- and since we're an organization with little funding for this kind of thing, we entered the whole experience with a bit of trepidation. The biggest plus that hotel has going for it now is the service: visible, consistent and problem-solving. Some of these staff people worked hard to...

This review is for the main building, we did not stay in the nearby tower. It is a very nice hotel in a great location. Like a lot of high end hotels built during a certain era, the rooms are teeny-tiny. We had a similar situation with a Hilton in San Francisco a couple years ago, but this was worse....

I loved this hotel! I will admit, the room was smaller than any cruise ship I've ever been on, but it had nice views, and the huge monster flat screen TV on the wall was amazing! The luxury spa toiletries were a nice touch as well. The hotel had valet parking, which we utilized. And we walked to dinner and...

I was in town for work and stayed a couple nights here. The room is updated and the views are great. I stayed in a corner room so I got North and West views. My room was pretty modern and the parking was real close. The housekeeper on my floor was superb. I will be back next month.

The service and rooms were adequate at this hotel. I was in for a conference so the convention center was far away and therefore slightly inconvenient. But if you are there to experience the city, the location is good. Tram near by was easy to navigate and fairly priced. Had a few small issues with my room and service. But...

First of all, I would like to thank Laura at the front desk for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to address our concerns promptly. We stayed over Thanksgiving 2016 night and despite working a holiday shift she was very kind and attentive. As for the quality of the room - we would not stay in the...

Check in and check our worked very well - fast and efficient staff. Rooms vary a little in size but are more than adequate: comfortable bed, good bathroom, iron and ironing board, and gigantic TV. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. Breakfast prices (à la carte) are a bit steep for what you get - maybe their buffet option...

We stayed in the main tower on the 19th floor with a King bed that was absolutely one of the most comfortable I have slept on at a hotel in awhile. Room (and bathroom) was fully modern and updated..absolutely no complaints. We used valet and had excellent responsive service. There is a cut away at the curb to pull over...

Located near classic downtown Portland venues, the Hilton facilitates touring within a limited time frame. I easily walked to the Pearl District, the Convention Center area and classic restaurants. The one block proximity to the MET Light Rail facilitated an expedient, affordable trip to the airport and around the perimeter of Portland. Hilton's location and comfort made for a productive trip!
