After spending 2 night at the Four Points Sheraton in Seattle, we were shocked by the lack of amenities the Westin has (considering its star rating as well as price). Internet isn't free, there was no reception in our room (conveniently?), room service had a 22% gratuity charge PLUS $4 delivery fee (FYI, you can order food for pick up...

My new husband and I stayed at the Westin Portland for our honeymoon. We were originally only going to stay for 2 nights, but we had a bad experience at another nearby hotel and moved over to the Westin early. Between the SPG app and their customer service, we were able to get in with no issues and they even...

Westin Portland is in a great location. Easy access by train to and from airport. A block away from Pioneer Square, a transportation hub. Surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. Food trucks nearby. Lovely walks through nearby parks and the river. Hotel is lovely. Room size was spacious. Large bathroom. Nice bedding and comfortable beds. Staff made excellent suggestions for...

What one expects at a Westin. Comfortable room, excellent shower, relaxing lobby great happy hour. This lobby is smaller than some, but nice. Excellent location downtown and easy to walk to stores and restaurants. MAX only a block or two away and can take red line directly to airport (40-45 min). My only complaint is the Westin policy that only...

This was the worst service ever!!! This hotel came to my door in the middle of the night twice telling us we were too loud because the neighbors said we were! It was so rude that the neighbors said we were loud when we were just talking In normal voices. It is pathetic that the hotel security would come to...

My partner and i stayed at the Weston in downtown Portland, Oregon for three nights last week. Upon arriving at the hotel the doorman was helpful in securing our luggage while we returned the rental vehicle. When we checked in at the front desk staff was very diligent, friendly, and helpful in getting our room in a timely fashion. The...

Starbucks Coffee first thing in the morning is a must and I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed our offering and the hotels décor and amenities. It sounds as though you and your partner were able to take in all that our great city has to offer. We do hope that you will return should your travels next bring...

This was our second stay at this Westin. Both rooms had very comfortable beds, we're all appointed and quiet. We stayed on high floors both times. This time we were next to the elevator but did not hear it at all. The room was a bit hot despite adjusting the thermostat twice. $37 to park was a bit much but...

So good to hear that you enjoyed some Heavenly rest in our great beds. Given our efficient foot print its tricky with the distance from the elevator, but I am pleased to learn that it did not take away from your experience. I am indeed sorry about the parking prices, but as in many cities parking is a sparse commodity...

The location of this downtown hotel is fantastic -- easy walking distance to all sorts of restaurants, shops, and things to do. And the furnishings are elegant and modern. However, the building is old no matter how updated things look. As a result, we didn't get a good night's sleep because the old heating system never got our room above...

Great to hear that you enjoyed the furnishings and the friendly welcoming staff. I am sorry to learn that we did not do a better job of service recovery. I have circled back with the individual that checked you out and provided some coaching on the empowerment and tools that we offer our Guest Service Associates. As it was their...

Stayed here for two night with girlfriends. The hotel is in walking distance to everything. Good location. Restaurants in walking distance. Staff was pleasant and helpful with directions. In the morning, there is coffee, orange juice and water in the lobby all complimentary. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment I left the airport I fell in love with the hotel. The Tri Met tram dropped me off a block from the hotel so I didn't have to pay much to get to my hotel. You have the option to take the tram, however, the experience of the tram is great. The hotel checked me in early,...
