We made reservations here 2 months prior to our trip out to Glacier National Park, Montana. My wife and I decided to stop here mainly to check out Crater Lake. The surrounding area was just a treasure trove of many hiking trails and waterfalls. The Town of Prospect is a quaint and quiet place just across from the RV park....

We were between California and Central Oregon, home and this spot filled the void! It was a great park. The host and hostess were soooo helpful about getting to crater lake and the road conditions. In the morning another camp host guy was also super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay under the trees. Power. Water. Sewer. Nothing else...

We stayed 2 nights at Prospect RV Park, now better known as Crater Lake RV Park. The park is located adjacent the Rogue River, and a short walk from historic Prospect Hotel and Restaurant. The RV Park was clean and quiet with easy access to hiking trails and fishing. You can also hike or take a short drive down to...

Nice setting with lots of trees and hiking trails around the park. Very close to Rogue River. Friendly staff. About 30 miles to Crater Lake National Park. Long spaces to handle bigger rv's. Poor WiFi due to locale.

First Impressions: We arrived late but since we called in advance they left a note at the front office with clear instructions on where our site was and how we should back into it. The next day the friendly staff helped us orient for our day at Crater Lake which was about a 40 min drive away. Locale: One of...

The park, also known as Crater Lake RV Park, is situated in an area close to Crater Lake and many beautiful and accessible areas of the gorgeous Rogue River. An information package was given at registration that hi lighted many of these locations. While wifi was available, it was very slow and with that, hard to connect to. Cell service...

All spaces are paved and DEEP. Lots of privacy. There was no cable. Direct TV was available for $16 for a 3 day stay. The camp host couldn't get a signal from any box. No cell service (AT&T). They do have a good DVD collection they'll loan out. Friendly folks. There's an extra charge for pets and for 50 amp....

This park is certainly in the center of regional geographic sights (proximal), and no doubt in mid-summer is full (popular). But though the management freely offered to and did trim some tree limbs so we could get our slide extended, they seemed reluctant to spend some of the off-season doing the same park-wide. There are a few places that a...

We loved our visit to Prospect, OR at Prospect RV park. We picked this park specifically because it was close to Crater Lake. Because it was so far in the Oregon forest, there was no cell phone reception (except at the office) and limited WiFi and DirectTV. The sites were level and spacious and we loved being there.

We stayed here 2 weeks so apparently liked it enough. It has positives and negatives. The hosts are very nice, friendly and helpful. It is centrally located to many visitor attractions. We stayed in two different sites. In one, we could fit the motorhome in but had to jockey the car around to avoid blocking the site next to us....
