We so enjoyed our stay at the Scappoose Creek Inn. The room was lovely, clean and very quiet. The decor was decorated with an eye to detail. Breakfast was excellent and Sherry, the co-owner, was helpful and charming. We would certainly stay again. Lena and John

Being in need of overnight lodging in the Portland area, I decided to give this inn a try. I am so glad I did! Check-in was easy and the room I was given in the second farmhouse (an upgrade from what I originally reserved) was comfortable, spacious and full of character. I enjoyed sitting at the antique desk in the... More

Before this stay I wasn't a fan of bed and breakfast in general. But my wife wanted to stay here for a Portland visit. It turned out very well! Country style decor and setting made our extended stay very comfortable. Then we got breakfast. Breakfast was the big bonus! Each day was a different selection and excellent! I would definitely... We travel to Portland regularly and have become tired of the standard fare and prices so we opted this trip to stay outside of Portland in Scappose. The Scappose Creek Inn in a B&B less than half an hour from downtown Portland. It is on the scenic road to Astoria. The Inn is in a rural area with two buildings... More

We found peace and a lot of comfort at this lovely inn just 25 miles outside of Portland. The rooms were large and the atmosphere laid-back. Breakfasts were delicious & beds comfortable. The Innkeepers were great & made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The llamas & chickens were fun to have around - the airport didn't bother... More

My fiancee and I wanted to get out of town for the weekend before our baby arrives and we found the Scappoose Creek Inn online and booked our stay. What a wonderful find! We had a lovely room (the Wright Room) overlooking the llamas. Breakfast each morning was delicious and Jeri and Sherry were extremely kind and helpful in recommending... More

We stayed here, rather than Portland one night. Had the Decadent Dessert AND the wine/cheese platter. Oh wow - just fabulous! We sat outside and indulged. The chocolate cup was filled with coffee cream, and we did not get close to finishing the cheese platter which was a mix of fresh fruit (the good stuff), 3 different artisan cheeses, and... More

Part of our Honeymoon trip. Booked two nights, hesitantly stayed one in the cottage. Office was empty upon our arrival at schedualed time. Had to call then wait for innkeeper to arrive and tell us how we inturrupted her outting to the airshow. But the chickens stole the show. Dodging feces about your walkway and door is a challenge. People... More

I flew in from Phoenix to visit a friend and stayed at the nearby Scappoosse Creek Inn. The Inn is homey, very clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful with llamas and chickens to enjoy for that country feel. Sherry and Jerry couldn't have been more gracious. Breakfast was freshly cooked by Jerry and was hot and delicious. I'll... More

My wife and I needed a place to stay near Portland but also near family in the Scappoose area. We enjoy bed and breakfast accommodations and the Scappoose Creek B&B looked like a good fit. We chose the Governor's Suite and were not disappointed. The room was large yet cozy. Very comfortable. We over ordered breakfast. The fresh blueberry pancakes,... More
