Our family of 4 had 3 rooms for 3 nights at the Cliff House, traveling far for a HS reunion. I chose the place as Sharon, the Innkeeper, told me she kept it dust-free and OK for those w/ allergies. The setting was perfect with direct views of Alsea Bay and we enjoyed great weather and up-close views of the...

The view is spectacular and Sharon is a terrific host. Her daily treats and special breakfasts cannot be beat anyplace. Don't be late for breakfast! Her menu is varied and truly homemade from freshly squeezed orange juice to scones AND muffins each morning along with a hot entree.

I've never stayed at a B&B before however will definitely reconsider my options in the future due to our wonderful experience at the Cliff House! The house is clean and well taken care of. The breakfast is AMAZING! We stayed at the Morning room and the view was spectacular. I loved the private balcony. Will definitely return!

Food, View, Company and Room were phenomenal. We were privileged to spend two short nights in the suite of this amazing home. Morning one was a Soufflé that I actually did not know what to do with. Once Sharon, the Innkeeper, showed me how to eat it, it was delicious. Morning two, a Crepe. Of course, all home made. The...

I travel quite a lot but I can easily say that Cliff House B&B is far and away the best place I've stayed on this continent. Aside from its beautiful ocean view, the house is cozy and well-maintained. Sharon works hard to make you feel right at home (or better than home) by doing everything from cooking beautiful breakfasts and...

Breakfasts at the Cliff House are terrific! In three breakfasts the only items repeated were the fresh-squeezed orange juice and the fruit cups, but the fruit was different each morning. Different scones and muffins every day. Ham and crepes with huckleberry sauce the first morning; bacon and quiche the second; and out-of-this-world orange soufflé the third. Our room was very...

We enjoyed the stay in Cliff House Bed and Breakfast for several reasons. First of all, It is a enchanting place like a visit to grandma house. They were very gratuitous hosts, and made we feel very comfortable since the first moment. Second, the house is beautiful, and the rooms are very comfortable, so we felt like at home. Another...

The house is meticulous and host Sharon will make sure you keep it that way.. No shoes inside. I didn't mind..it felt like being at my moms home! Sharon and Glen are a wealth of information about the area and are helpful in any way needed. Our room was a small one with a weird windows that overlook the living...

We recently enjoyed three wonderfully, peaceful days at the Cliff House. The comfort, views, and breakfast were spectacular. I was especially fond of the 7:30 coffee delivery to our room! Sharon and Glenn work endlessly to ensure their guests have everything they need and then some. We look forward to a return visit.

My husband and I found this lovely place by reading other reviews on this site. They were all absolutely right. We stayed in the Alsea Room which is slightly separated from the main house and I highly recommend it. It has marvelous views of the ocean, the bridge and the inlet. We had planned on only one night here but...
