We stayed in the tiny house village here in Atticus. When we arrived the heater hadn't been turned on in days and took forever to warm up, all of the water sources were frozen. They remained frozen for our whole visit because it was the pipes inside the walls, we loved the tiny house though. Would recommend maybe when it's...

We loved the little cabins, and the grounds were lovely and festive. We definitely recommend Mt Hood Village and hope to return! The bed was comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Sadly, the hot tube was broken, which was disappointing after a day of skiing!

we stayed in cabin #305 and it was roughly 20 degrees F outside. The heater was on but it only heated about 2 inches in front of the heater. A total waste, unfortunately. The cabin itself was cute. It would be a good fit in summer. The men's bathroom was locked and the code to get in did not work...

Great place with the exception of the way Some rv spots were organized (vegetation very near/interfering with the spot). Overall experience was very good for the winter camp experience. We are positive we will camp here again!.. Great location also.

Worst new years ever. Sauna and hot tub not working nothing to enjoy. Ruined my new years. I could not enjoy myself. We are paying for a full working location with hot tub sauna and pool but we dont get to enjoy any of it.

Dear dmitriyandyevgeniyab, Thank you for your review of Mt Hood Village RV Resort. We regret our hot tub facilities did not meet your expectations. The hot tub heater went out on New Year's Day and was repaired as quickly as possible. Our guests are very important to us and our staff does their best to try and accommodate any concerns....

Could use a refresh of gravel everywhere because things were a little muddy. Hot tub was broke :( Really nice swim pool and bathrooms were clean. Could update the shower heads. Pretty average. The rec lodge is a nice size it could just use some new entertainment pieces like maybe a ping pong table.

Overall it was a great facility. There was a lot of snow which made outdoor activities a bit difficult. The hot tub was broken which was a bummer. The cabin says sleeps 6 but was pretty small. More likely sleeps 4. The best part was the onsite dragon fly cafe. Great food and service!

They messed up my reservations which lead us to having nowhere to stay. It was disorganized with how many people are accessing the reservations. I was very disappointed and upset. I didn't feel they kept their word or promise. Only passed blame.

Great location, hot tub not working again and men,s sauna also not working. Thousand trail membership sold here however there are few camping spots available for them too use. Not able to choose your camp site. I question weather they should sell TT memberships and limit sites to a small number even when the park is far from full.

Broken hot tub and sauna on New Years. Also rules about Thousand Trails members are being enforced inconsistently on camp site locations. Trash around campground. I was impressed with the plowing of the roads. maintenance manager is awesome and is attentative.
