We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Melissa spent a lot of time with us answering any questions that we had about points of interest and places to dine. Anne's room had all of the modern amenities that you would want while perfectly recreating the ambiance of the Victorian Era.The stocked mini refrigerator, the kuerig coffee maker with... More

Stayed here for the weekend with my daughter, I could not be more pleased, excellent service, breakfast was scrumptious. The building reminiscent of the Victorian times, was very nicely decorated for Halloween as well. I left a long sleeve polo by mistake, they found it call me, and will mail it to me. I definitely recommend the place in historic... More

This victorian queen is loaded with antiques and interesting things to look at. Everywhere a view! Room was comfortable, all of it a step back in time, super decorative. While not my personal style, it was fun to borrow that life for a night. Would have liked to stay longer. Melissa was super helpful, made us a lovely breakfast.

After moving my twin daughters into main campus, we traveled a short distance up to The Queen not knowing what to expect. Well, what a pleasant surprise! We were personally greeted by Nancy and escorted up to our private room on the 3rd floor. The next morning, we had coffee/tea on the lovely porch followed by a NY Times quiche... More

Comfortable, friendly, beautiful accommodations. Many small touches and a great breakfast. I stayed one night. The proprietor gave me a tour, even took me back from the conference I was attending. I would certainly stay there on any return to the area.

Visiting Bellefonte, known for its Victorian charm, it made sense to stay in a Victorian style home. The Queen has been beautifully restored and we were impressed by the antique furnishings, wooden floors, original photos and many collectibles. We were warmly greeted by the owner and shown several of the rooms. Our room was Nanny's Attic on the third floor.... More

The B & B was clean, easy to find, and delightfully decorated with period furnishings. The proprietors were friendly and helpful and willing to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was delicious and filling. If you have difficulty negotiating stairs this may not be the place for you otherwise be sure to check out Nanny's Attic.

The Queen B&B is the personification of character and charm. I stayed there because it was near where my travel comrades had rooms at another B& B. I'll be back, with my wife, because I can't imagine staying elsewhere.

My son is teaching at Penn State and decided to locate in the Bellefonte, PA area last year. Last October he invited me to stay at his home and I love the town with it's peacefulness and beauty of being in the valley of the mountains. Recently, my husband had a convention in Washington D.C. I have told him many... More

Thanks for taking time to post a review. So sorry about the shower. The water is heated by and "on demand" system. If the water pressure is low, the water will not be as hot because the pressure is what activates the heating unit. Hope you had it turned on all the way. Guess we will need to try that... More
