Robin and Bernie have a great resource for campers, paddlers and cyclists. Grounds are well maintained and laid out. The bath house is clean, roomy with lots of hot water. Confluence has some eclectic dining that won't disappoint. In addition Robin and Bernie are genuine 'good people'. Experienced paddlers they're helpful and friendly. I like everything about this establishment.

Nestled between the river and the train tracks is a beautiful property with several options for accommodations, it was our great escape for a few days and we plan to be back. Although the train tracks are very, very close the sound of the trains did not detract from our stay. Robin & Dan were very friendly & helpful! Breakfast...

Thank you so much for staying with us; Winter in the Laurel Highlands is great, but you folks really added to that. It's nice to have charming guests to share the fireplace!

This is our second year here on this exact weekend - this year we had mid 60's whereas last year we had 3 foot of snow! Both were great!!! The one constant is the Main House at Paddler's Lane!! Everything we could ask for, again!!! Felt like home and we couldn't have had a better time. Robin and Dan are...

We were only in the area for one night, but everything was pretty much perfect. It was close enough to our destination, Fallingwater, and the setting was very peaceful. The passing trains didn't both us at all - no horns blowing, just rumbling rail cars. I guess it was kind of soothing since I went right to sleep! It just...

I had a friend in from Denver and we wanted to see Fallingwater. Booked a room at Paddler's and was very happy with the accommodations. The rooms were very nicely decorated and clean. Nice large bathroom with plenty of towels. There was a very comfortable living room and full kitchen were I could refrigerate my food. The host, Dan, was...

We stayed in mid-September, and it was our second stay at this property in the past few years. Located in the "Laurel Highlands" and near Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob, Frank Lloyd Wright designed properties, it is a great place to stay. The owners take immaculate care of this property, inside and out, and are very responsive and friendly. It sits...

What a wonderful place to visit! So clean, so nicely decorated, great great location, wonderful hosts, and the best breakfast! Can't wait to go back! We stayed at the main house, main living space so so welcoming and comfortable. Some complain about trains but that was one of my favorite parts. It was so close to river, loved walking down...

Thank you Amy! It's incredibly nice to know our efforts are being put forth in the right directions. And next time you come back, you'll have to check out our new fire pit. I just spent a week building it (large river stones; this kind of construction is helping to keep me in shape) and it's ready for a quiet...

Great place to stay for visits to Frank Lloyd Wright houses and for local hiking, rafting and other outdoor activities. Rooms and bathrooms are all updated and modern. Perfectly clean. And Rosie - our Black Lab - loved finding her way to the river.

Robin and Dan were more than hospitable! Our goal was to visit nearby Fallingwater, and they added excitement and adventure to our day by suggesting Ohiopyle State Park, Cucumber Falls, Kentuck Knob, and the Lucky Dog Cafe, all of which were better than advertised! Paddler's Lane is beautifully clean, homey and peaceful, far from city or even suburban traffic noise....

The chalet is amazing. Watch the train go by or just laze in the river. Dan and Robin make you feel like you are at home. The chalet has everything you would need. Plenty of pots and pans, utensils, towels, etc. The fireplace is great in the winter. The river access is easy and welcoming on a hot summer day....

We so much enjoyed having you here. Glad we could be a part of your annual "fishing trip" and especially glad puppy Oliver had the chance to meet you all. He really enjoyed himself! (As if you couldn't tell...... : )
