This is a beautiful house and the place is so lovingly looked after by Rebecca, her family and her team. You feel at home from the moment you arrive. We also loved the little bag of goodies for the room or road. Also great tips on places to go and dinner options, Highly recommended.

We have been going to Ephrata PA for the past ten years for the NHRA races. We usually stay at The Hampton Inn which was full so we decided to try something different this year. The Historic Smithton Inn bed & breakfast was a fabulous choice. The owners were so nice and greated us personally to show us around the...

What a wonderful stay my Husband and I had at the Smithton Inn. Rebecca, the Innkeeper and owner , couldn't have been more gracious. The rooms were very cozy and welcoming and were pristine clean. The homemade breakfast including everything under the sun, was fabulous. We were there on business but it certainly didn't feel that way.

My sister, brother-in-law and I recently stayed in the Smithton Guest House, which is right next to the gorgeous historic inn. We were traveling with our small dogs, and delighted to find a spacious fenced in yard for our little guys. The guest house itself is undergoing renovations, but don't let that dissuade you from staying in this charming old...

I found this hotel or rather Inn by chance just driving by (after a mishap in my booking for another hotel, I had found myself without a place to stay in Ephrata). I saw the stone walls and the nice, vintage-y sign and it felt like a house straight from the set of the Lord of the Rings -the way...

Great atmoshere, people, accomodations. Bfast unlike any i have had in years. Took the edge off a frantic schedule. Smell of hot hot blue berry muffins baking as coming down the stairs that morning brought back memories of happier days of grndma baking something good and worth waking up early for. Had fun.

Spent six nights in the well appointed "Chocolate Room". B&B owners, Rebecca and Dave Gallagher, are appropriately attuned to their guests interests and needs. As a result, the inn is thoughtfully and well managed - they even have a Tesla electric car recharging station in the parking lot(!) Breakfasts are delicious, well prepared, and offer a variety of options including:...

We booked the Guest House at the Smithton Inn for two nights over Labor Day weekend to serve as a central meeting point for an afternoon gathering of family we have scattered across PA. We liked the idea of having our own separate space with 2 bds, a full kitchen and a big yard for our toddler to run around...

This B&B was wonderful. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. Rebecca the inn keeper was so informative. We were traveling with our 12 year old daughter and she had great suggestions for things she enjoyed. The breakfasts were outstanding. The inn is historic but with all the modern comforts even enough charging stations for all our devices.

Visited the area in August with a handful of other older couples and decided to stay here as there were not many options available. The area is always very busy and you need time ahead to really plan out your visits. Regardless, I did not read any reviews ahead of time and booked because it was the only thing available....

Dear Katie, I think there’s a strong lesson to be learned by BOTH of us with your review! For me, I think I need to tell every guest when they arrive, that we run our property with the expectation that EVERY guest should have a “5-star experience”, and if for any reason you feel like we’re not living up to...
