I had made reservations through Expedia for a Deluxe Suite with a Kitchenette. When we arrived they did not have us listed. They said this had happened before with Expedia not sending through the reservation. They gave us a regular room. We checked into the room, and found there was no phone, the radio and tv did not work. I...

I have stayed here many times over the past four year while my son has been at college. We always come back because every time has been a good experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast is plentiful and the people who work there are very nice.

We stayed here for a wedding, and were very pleased with our stay! We weren't expecting anything too fancy, but we were upgraded to a suite that had a jacuzzi and fireplace! The room had pretty wallpaper, that was well done. The place was well kept, but the staff was the real charmer of the hotel. They were so friendly,...

We arrived for our Aunts Funeral. Based on other locations this seemed like the nicest. Arrived & staff was nice, beds weren't the greatest-lack of sleep, headboards banged against the wall, the view was at the road-noise at night. Older hotel that they tried to improve. A little high for the quality you get.

This hotel was clean and mostly comfortable. The bed wasn't anything special and the bathroom facilities were a little lacking. This is a budget hotel and the prices could reflect this a little more. The staff were a little abrasive on check in too so not a great start! Overall a very average stay.

It's a little different than when I lived in the area 20 years ago. Back then, this was more of a destination or a venue than a hotel. Thinks change. They had a fire and some of the older section of the hotel were damaged and had to be demolished. Economic downturn of 2008-2009 and inability to secure working capital...

Be warned. The staff does not practice basic hotel security protocol. When I checked in, the woman loudly announced my room number. That's a big NO-NO. You never, ever announce someone's room number for all to hear. Never. A day later, I was able to get a second card key for my room without any need to show identification. I...

Pros: Quiet Atmosphere, clean, and Beautiful backdrop Cons: Strict behavior from manager. I asked the manager if I could stay one or two hours more in my room because I got in late. She said no. Which is fine. I then went to the gym to run and watch Pope Francis in America. I turned up the tv to hear...

This hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. The lobby had a lovely family style breakfast area. The view is very nice from almost all rooms. The design and decor is warm and homey. There are pet friendly rooms, and a very nice pet area. However the room maintenance leaves a LOT to be desired. The first room we were given...

We stayed at the Inn at Mountain View while visiting the area for my class reunion. It had a beautiful, peaceful view. It was also quiet and restful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, except the carpet needed cleaned and some spots removed. The beds were comfortable.
