Like the title says, it was just ok. The entire hotel smelled musty and damp, and the smell permeated the room we stayed in as well. We got used to it after a while, and cracking the window helped a bit but both nights we stayed the scent hit us like a brick wall when we walked in the door. The room itself was comfortable, definitely worth the cost we paid for it. Our original booking had us on the 1st floor but when we checked in they gave us a 3rd floor room. Even though it's listed as non-smoking, you can definitely tell it used to be a smoking floor as the hallways smelled like old Marlboros. Didn't bother me, but it may bother other visitors. The staff were pleasant, no complaints there. All in all, it was convenient for a night or 2 but would not recommend for a longer

We stayed only one night on our last night of a long road trip. The room was clean and maintained. The shower head was only ok but the rest of the bathroom was fine. There was enough choice for everybody in the free breakfast. We were only there for one night and arrived late and left early so I cannot comment more on the state of the place and there might be things I missed in the room but for one night it was fine.

The smell was everywhere. The hallways smelled musty, the room smelled of stale cigarettes at first. Dead bugs laying around common areas. The room however was not that bad after we got used to the smell. Beds were comfortable, tv was new, shower was a little outdated but still works. Also the breakfast was not too bad with cereals, waffles, eggs and sausage. I paid way too much ($130) but it was much cheaper than all the others around. Not sure why other than it being a Saturday night.

My extended family stayed here after a family event in the Harrisburg area. We had four rooms and all of them were clean. Beds were comfortable. We did not use the TVs, but we did use the exercise area which was the size of a standard room and included three exercise machines plus weights. Large breakfast area and typical Quality Inn hot breakfast. The staff, particularly the breakfast staff, went out of their way to be kind and considerate. While we lingered after the end of the breakfast hour the workers were cleaning up kindly checked to make sure we had enough coffee and fruit before putting things away. Far enough from the highway that we didn't have any trouble with noise.

I spend about 80 nights in hotel rooms annually... most of those are Choice Brand... I try to not stay at Quality Inn’s because they might be fine... or they might be like this one. To be fair, I screwed up by booking a smoking room. It stunk. Literally. I thought Choice had gone smoke free. The exterior door clearly marked as a non smoking room. So, be careful if you book here. Wallpaper in bathroom needs replacing. Drawer front falling off. Not even a garbage can!!! I used points for this room and feel I overpaid. If it’s your $ there are better options in same price range close by. Staff was fine. Could not help me since place was sold out. I am bummed since there was a Comfort Inn ( another Choice property) around the corner that they sold to Baymont). That was a nice

We just got back from this hotel today and here is an honest review from someone who used to be a travel agent for 11 years and has stayed at a million places: Let me first say I was scared to death to stay here because of some of the reviews but I literally could not find any other hotels to accommodate us for the 1 night because of so many events being held in the area on the same weekend. So it was either stay here, or drive home 2 hours. Upon arriving the outside of the hotel looks fine, nothing fancy but fine for a Quality Inn. When you walk inside the first thing you will notice is an odor. I originally thought it was stale cigarettes but I think it's more of an old musty A/C sort of smell. I say this because we ended up having to park around the back later that evening

As most reviews gave this hotel 4s and 5s on the site my husband used, we ignored the occasional 2s. Don’t. The smell in the lobby and halls is disgusting - not sure what it is. The room is outdated, which I’m not that concerned about but it is actually in disrepair. The ceiling is stained and bulging, and the smoke detector is broken. The pillows were so shredded I actually went downstairs to ask for new ones, and the night manager said that’s “just how they all are” and gave me 2 new ones to prove it. Wasn’t apologetic at all. Water in the toilet was cloudy. If it hadn’t been 10:00pm we would have left. The TV was new, and worked, and the room quiet, so I’ll give an extra star for that, but discourage staying here until issues are addressed.

We booked this remotely through a 3rd party booking service. Upon arrival, disappointed with the hotel. After unloading and checking-in we did not want the hassle of contacting the booking service for a refund or consume our time with moving. Pro's Nice cold refrigerator, in room. Friendly staff. Close to highway, making easy to find. Fairly close to food options, down the street & around the corner. Room windows slide open, thankfully, we needed fresh air from the musty smell. Con's Musty smell in hallways, guest rooms, especially exercise room. Heating and A/C filters dirty, see pics. Room windows are cloudy. Overall needs of updating and good cleaning.

While waiting in line to check-in, we watched the general manager berate a guest with a language barrier and his only front desk staff who had difficulty understanding the guest. The guest literally walked out and never checked in as a result. We approached the counter to check-in and the male, African American clerk was very friendly and helpful and was clearly embarrassed by the interaction with the customer and GM that we just whitnessed. As such, we were soft spoken and sensitive to his situation. I was accompanied by my husband and two-year old daughter who did not need to hear any further conflict. When I began to ask the clerk a question about billing, the GM came around the corner and interrupted our conversation, aggressively, answering what he assumed we were

Stayed 3 days with kids to visit Hershey and other attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are outdated but clean, and were cleaned daily during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure good. Wifi worked with no problems for all of us. The continental breakfast was better than expected and the kids LOVED the waffle maker!! I loved the fitness center although it is small the equipment is updated and worked great. Overall well worth the price and I would definitely come back.
