Enjoyed our two night stay in this older, charming hotel. There was always a fire blazing in the fireplace in the large lobby, with plenty of seating near the fire, and a small bar just off the lobby. The decor and furnishings were what I would consider to be craftsman, and totally in keeping with the character of the hotel....

I stayed two nights October 9th & 10th. Where do I begin? There were so many positive and lovely experiences at this hotel! All rooms are completely different. It is an old house hotel finished in the forties. My bed was comfortable and the shower and toiletries were very nice. I was with a group and together we had 3...

It's been a few years since I stopped by Settlers in so I needed to take a fall ride into the country and planned a luncheon at Settlers Inn. The atmosphere is always pleasant and the food is always something special. This stop comes highly recommended. Service is always A+.

Our daughter and now-husband chose the Settlers Inn as their wedding venue. We couldn't have been more please with how it turned out. Most of the wedding party and guests stayed one or two nights at the Inn, and it provided a warm and comfortable place to gather and socialize. A nice setting, with fall colors, made it even better....

A lovely inn located less than 2 hours from NYC. The accommodations and staff are lovely. You can enjoy a lovely walk in the garden, eat a delicious meal in their dining room and sit by the fireplace to read. Then it's just upstairs to bed. What could be nicer.

The Settlers Inn is a wonderful place for reunions with my high school friend. We each travel about 3 hours to get there and this is the 4th time we have done this. We love the Inn for its comfort, its lovely gardens and the exceptional food at its restaurant. Highly recommended.

When traveling I normally have to make choices and decide what is more important to me. Is the most important issue the comfort of the bad? Is it the quality of the food, or the presentation? Would I prefer charm or comfort? Elegance or convenience? When you stay at the Settlers Inn, you don't have to sacrifice one thing for...

Wonderful inn for a couples' getaway. Our room, 206, overlooked the back gardens and featured a very comfortable king-sized bed, large jacuzzi tub and fireplace. All the lights in the room (and there were plenty) were stained glass, making for a nice ambiance. The grounds and gardens are gorgeous, as is the lobby, where you can sit and play a...
