Terrible … Definitely not the spot to be if you have a disability … The bathroom was so small you had to straddle the toilet to close the door… And we are not very large people, just average size… And it was physically impossible to take my handicapped sister into the bathroom to bathe or dress … We ended up having to give her a rag bath on the bed and have my husband leave the room because the bathroom was so small that the sink wasn’t even in the bathroom it was on the outside of the bathroom
The service was great. The front desk lady was very kind and she answered all my questions and concerns. The rooms were very clean. The pool was perfect and opened late after walking all day at Hershey’s park. Will definitely go back.
This was one of the few hotels where I didn't get a sore throat from having the air conditioning running. Small sink counter space, small bathroom and not enough outlets, but if all you're doing is spending a night or two sleeping, it's manageable. Rooms were clean, and swimming pool, while in a separate building, was clean and water was warm. There's a bathroom in the swimming pool building which is big enough that it can double as a changing room if need be. Right on one of the main roads, it's very close to Hershey and its attractions. Would stay here again.
Rooms were small, smelled musty, and our Continental breakfast turned into a bag breakfast. The best part of it was the big swimming pool but it was in another building and not actually in the part of the hotel.
The entire property was out dated, it doesn't appear renovations have been made since the 1980's. The exterior of the property wasn't clean at all however the inside of the room was clean but not a fresh clean. It appeared that they tried to mask the smell of the room with and over abundance of air fresheners because I smelled a stale odor of cigarette smoke and dampness. I asked for an early check-in a week in advance and upon check-in I had to wait 35 minutes to get into my room. Plus upon entry the room was 82 degrees and the air conditioning unit was not turned on. Upon checking out the next morning I attempted 4 times to get my bagged breakfast between 7-7:30am and no one ever showed up to the front desk after I rang the service bell each time so I left the room keys on the counter and departed. If this hotel was $100/night or less I would have zero complaints, you pay for what you get but for $203/night it was a rip off.…
