The measure of any organisation is how they act when things go wrong... unfortunately, due to no fault of the management, we did experience a very rare form of gremlin in a boiler failure and a shortage of plumbers to fix it. However, these people take it personally if their customers do not have the experience expected and the management...

Our booking was made some months in advance, but as we had already set out on a touring holiday, we overlooked the fact that payment was required seven days in advance of arrival. No reminder was received, just an abrupt email about five days before our arrival stating that our booking had been cancelled. Full stop! We phoned the accommodation...

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean apartment. Booked in by Amanda who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The complimentary fruit basket, eggs, milk, and breakfast food was very much appreciated and of a high quality. Would definitely recommend and if we go back to Hebden Bridge would certainly stop at Croft Mill again.

A perfect location in the centre of the pretty and quirky town of Hebden Bridge. Stylish and well appointed acommodation. Large living and kitchen area with all the amenities you would need. Very nice welcome pack of quality local food and drink that was enough for our five day's stay. Very quiet despite its central location. It is an ideal...

Stayed for three days whilst working on a house in the area. Excellent rooms with all amenities you could wish for - fully fitted kitchen, leather sofas, modern bathroom etc. Had paid for standard room but upgraded to superior. The welcome pack of food and drink kept us going for 3 breakfasts. A pity we were working and couldn't spend...

Fantastic apartment with everything you could possibly need. The place was spotless. I was on a cycling trip and they even had secure storage for my bike. Having the food basics available was much more than I expected. I was only there for one night but would certainly return for longer in the future.

Absolutely superb and outstanding presentation of a lovely, lovely flat. The owners have clearly gone to great lengths to meticulously perfect every aspect of what they offer. Lovely bed linen, lovely bathroom, lovely towels. Exceptionally well stocked with extremely well chosen food, toiletries, eco cleaning products, snacks. Cleaned and presented to the highest standards. Location could not be better. I...
