We cannot speak highly enough of our experience here, from the initial welcome to our departure. The room and facilities were as expected from the website, but it was the personal service we were most impressed with. We decided to treat ourselves to the 7 course Taster menu with wine flight and were not disappointed...In particular may we mention Marius,...

With no particular place to go (!) my wife and I were driving in the Belbroughton/Chaddesley Corbett area yesterday afternoon. She felt a little peckish and me, not being particularly bothered, thought a tidy afternoon tea, which she likes, would fit the bill. As we were close, I had in mind Brockencote Hall, a place we had looked at for...

This is the most incredible place I have been to. The attention to detail from the minute we arrived for my father in laws 80th Birthday meal. Everything we asked for with the table decs to bringing the cake out.... to giving my father in law a personal card from the venue saying happy birthday. Its all the little touches...

I came last Friday with some friends for a birthday and we had a great time, I had been wanting to come for ages and I am so glad I did. The staff were super friendly and at one point I spilt a glass of champagne over myself and they were quick to replace it for me and it was...

I stayed there for one night only on business. The room was of good quality (including the ensuite) and dinner in the restaurant was well presented and cooked. I'd certainly stay again but wasn't "wow'ed" by the service. it was very good and nothing to be complained about but it just lacked that something a little special which can really...

Staying here for the third time. The lunch and dinner were excellent, as was the service. But, again, sadly, the bedroom lets the hotel down very badly. The floor in my room creaks so badly every time you tread on it, it makes a terrific noise. Also, as I lie here, all I can hear is people walking about upstairs....

Beautiful one night stay at Brockencote Hall over Christmas. We booked the romance package and upgraded and had the 7 course taster menu in the restaurant. All staff were attentive, smart, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was magnificent and we enjoyed every course. Breakfast the following morning was delicious. My only criticism was the bed...

We are fortunate enough to live 30 mins away from Brockencote and lucky enough to dine there several times a year. Last night was a meal that stood out from all the other meals we've ever enjoyed there. Crab starter, pollock main course, and apple dessert. Everything was light and fresh and very different flavours that I wouldn't normally expect....

We booked as a group of 8 with a travel zoo deal. The booking process was a nightmare.Making enquiries for a guest with walking difficulties and the fact that we were a large group proved incredibly difficult. The call handler at travel zoo was very helpful but I requested a call back from a travel-zoo manager to discuss the difficulties...

We booked an overnight stay with breakfast and evening meal through a deal with Travelzoo as a pre Christmas treat. Overall it is a very tasteful hotel with large luxurious rooms and comfortable public areas. Our room was very comfortable with nice touches such as handmade chocolates, fruit, biscuits and a supply of decent tea and coffee. We did find the...
