We chose this because it was close to the West Midland Safari Park. The area itself isn't great, because it is in the middle of a shopping centre. And the parking costs. We got Room 1, which was larger than any family room we have stayed in at other Premier Inns. Everything else, breakfast, beds, service etc was as one...

Hotel couldn't fault it it was the parent's of the kids who were allowed to run up and down the corridor with a ball and screaming and shouting and knocking on doors from 6am on the 3rd floor from room 106 onwards YOU ARE A DISGRACE and should be banned from staying in hotels untill you all learn how to...

We stayed for one night and could not find one fault with this hotel. Martin on reception was extremely helpful and even helped us with our young son who wasn't feeling very well during check in. He even remembered him at breakfast the next morning and asked how he was. The building was lovely and was a old mill (back...

Nice old building converted into a nice hotel. Good size bedrooms clean and with tv coffee and tea. Good heating room is Air conditioned which gives piece from shopping area outside as rooms have no opening windows. Restaurant on top floor along with bar. Overall a nice place to stay close to station and shopping.

We ad a really enjoyable stay. The hotel was surprising quiet for a town centre location and the staff were super at handling any issues we had. Breakfast was a bit of a let down as the poor guy was overwhelmed by the numbers eating in the restaurant. By the time the hot plate food was all ready the eggs...

Very good hotel with excellent staff. Unfortunately we had two rooms that had a constant noise all night. We were told it was from the department store next door. If booking check which rooms are not affected by this noise. We were given a full refund but were very tired the next day.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This hotel is a grade II listed converted mill, with a bar that has an almost New York loft atmosphere. A great base to explore Kidderminster and the Worcestershire countryside - and we're close to West Midlands Safari Park and Severn Valley Railway too. After all the adventure, it's time for some serious relaxing in The Kitchen restaurant then in our extra-comfy beds. ... more   less
