I arrived at the hotel as a single traveler and walked into the bar walking with glass under my feet no notice that the bar was being refurbished or that the area was unsafe. There were no drinks on tap and all bottles were an extortionate £4.15 . Room service arrived first night Luke warm without the extras as advertised... More

We stayed at south crest manor hotel after at night out at the palace theatre in Redditch and I would recommend it to anyone doing the same. The hotel is in very pleasant surroundings in the countryside and it is very near to the town centre for all the local attractions. The hotel itself was beautiful one of the best... More

My husband and i stayed for one night while visiting family nearby. Our room was small, clean and very average. No dvd player as advertised. Breakfast was very nice. The staff were very unengaged with the visitors, we had to find staff for the bar, and I'm still waiting for my VAT receipt.

Dear JanieJane W, Thank you for your recent review of your stay with us. We are delighted to see that you enjoyed our quality Full English and Continental Breakfast buffet and that you found your room impeccably clean. A little family birthday celebration but somewhat disappointing. The food was OK but service was poor. Despite having booked a table for 4 with storage for a wheelchair and a place for a high chair, when we got there, we were sent to stand around in the dining room for ages waiting for someone to come who, when they eventually... The hotel is, as it says, a manor...but with additional accommodation attached - which is where we were based, quite a long walk with cases from reception, but it turned out that there was a reason for that. Rooms were impeccably clean, with tea and coffee-making facilities, toiletries TV, wi-fi etc. There was a wedding taking place, so that was... More

We stayed here for two nights in November. The rooms were very comfortable, albeit fairly basic. Plenty parking on site. Didn't use the restaurant or bar so can't comment on those. Nice views out back. Gym is small, but a few machines and a bench. Would recommend for a short break.

Visited for my partners 30th. Mentioned this at booking and the staff had put rose petals, a card and chocolates on our bed which was absolutely lovely and made the visit that bit more personal. The hotel was down a quiet driveway set in beautiful grounds. You'd never know you were just off a high street. We stayed in a... More

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to this hotel for a wonderful stay this weekend. Very polite staff, lovely room with a modern ensuite. The breakfast was plentiful and hot served in a beautiful dining room. We look forward to returning again soon.
