We got a room for us and our kids (a double bed and two single beds). The room was comfortable, quiet and clean with a bathtub. We had a wonderful English dinner at the pub next door. The breakfast was included in the 60 GPB. In opposite to what I have read in a negative review, the bread was fresh,...

We only stayed for one night in a family room but it was a pleasant visit. The room was very clean and tidy with plenty of extra towels, pillows, tea/coffees etc. We were greeted by friendly staff who were happy to help should we have needed any. Set away from any main roads so was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was...

After a quick shopping session in Redditch, we stopped her after 2pm for a late lunch - we were starving! Ordered drinks and food at the bar overhearing that the place was very understaffed - at least two separate parties were complaining about the massive delays in receiving their orders. We had already ordered by this time but accepted by...

On arrival we walked in and were told that we could not eat outside as they hadn't enough staff to later see food being served outside! First bad point! We got to our room to find dirty towels in the bathroom and both hand wash and shower gel with empty bottles! Second bad point! We were then told that we...

We stayed here for one night in April. Friendly reception staff. Room warm, clean and comfortable. Tea coffee and bottled water in the room along with free WiFi. Breakfast included in the reasonable price. Just a few issues at breakfast with grubby crockery and glasses although the bacon was excellent. Recommended.
