Stopped off for some lunchtime drink after a walk along the river. The place is a hidden gem which isn't easily seen from town, tables outside to take in the sunshine or sit inside. There wasn't a free table by 1.30 and all food we saw that came out looked delicious and great value for money. Would definitely recommend -...

Staff very good, polite and knowledgeable. The Room (No 2) large with an extraordinarily beautiful view over the River, but with the Hotel having too small a Breakfast room this meant sharing a table at breakfast. Will certainly return again if this is remedied.

We had a lovely stay at the Swan Inn. In the area for the Sheep Event at the Three Counties Showground so the Swan really was very convenient, a good sized room with a comfortable bed and a lovely view over the river Severn. Although only "pub grub" the food was well cooked, tasty and good value for money, with...

This is a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is very close to the Severn with lovely views. The Hotel is very dog friendly which made it ideal location for my 2 labs. The village is very tranquil, with loads of places to eat and drink and caters for most tastes. The Hotel is situated on a dead end road...

Arrived and greeted by staff who were very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent as was the good range of beers and ciders. Room was lovely with a view of the river. Comfortable night, great breakfast and no pressure to check out. No parking at hotel but large pay and display just 5 mins walk and very reasonable cost £3...

Our visit to the Swan could not have been more perfect. The sun shone, the river sparkled and the view from our room was stunning. We were welcomed very warmly despite arriving a little early for check-in time. The time of 3pm is deliberate as this is when the lunch time rush ends. Our room was small but had everything...

A pleasant welcome at The Swan with charming rooms, each up ancient stairs, but full of character. Evening bar food was good and breakfast was exceptional in the morning. Good value and I would go back if I were to return to the area.

We made a sudden decision to have a few days away and came upon this hotel purely by chance - and are we pleased we did! We were accommodated in room 1 as was the previous reviewer and it was very large and well appointed - even with an ironing board which I chose not to use! The reception from...

Firstly, the location of this pub / hotel is amazing - right on the edge of the River Severn. There's plenty of seating outside too which makes the entire experience of eating / drinking there perfect (in the summer). We booked Room 1 and I simply cannot fault it. There were wonderful views of the river, the room was ENORMOUS...

I arrived in Upton upon Severn on 8/8/16 to stay at The Bluebell Farm Hotel, which was a very good B&B. So far so good. On return I noticed that I had received a voicemail from The Swan Hotel to ask when I was arriving. I missed this call as I was driving down from Scotland. When I phoned the...
