I have been to this charming pub for years with my family. It is in a lovely setting. The Landlady is charming. It is such a shame that the Landlord is so indifferent towards his customers. He appears to go out of his way to be rude to customers. There is much competion now in Prestwich. I hope he improves...

For accommodation in a local pub, this little place is more than adequate. Very quiet location, when you consider you're in Prestwich. Simple pub, a little worn at the edges but very welcoming. Shown up a staircase that was a little careworn, opened up into an enormous room with a huge bed with drapes. Bathroom also a little worn but...

Everards Tiger, always on tap and one of the best pints in town. Good selection of Hobgoblin, Odin and Black Sheep if you can tear yourself away from the Tiger. Nice atmosphere, Jukebox could be updated.

We came to a small wedding reception at the Church Inn recently and couldn't believe how friendly and welcoming the staff were. It's not your typical corporate-type pub with standard decor but a good, honest British no frills establishment but clean and tidy, comfortable and very popular as it soon filled up! If you like your pub/BB traditional in the...

Visited the Church Inn with my partner after telling him what a lovely quaint pub it was. Unfortunately our visit was spoiled by your miserable unwelcoming barmaid (Landlady ?) who was obviously very put out at having to serve us. What a shame as the pub is very nice and clean. Think you need to send your staff on a...

Only the best served here, if you like beer you will like the Church Inn! The place is lively without overbearing music being played at 100dB. It is a local English pub at its bests that welcomes visitors. We are from the Dallas Texas and try to visit this pub whenever we are in the area.

This is an amazing place tucked down church lane Prestwich, next to church, has a mix of young, middle aged, and a few pensioners, an extensive beer range, and fine wines, but it's the service and hospitality that wowed me, Tom never seen anyone with an empty glass, always being perceptive of a customer who needed refilling, you just don't...

Lovely traditional pub, it's such a refreshing change to stay somewhere with real character rather than the usual modern hotel rooms that all look the same. I loved the traditional decor. Really friendly hosts who are very welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and such good value. Can't wait to book to come back.

I stayed at the Church Inn for a long weekend with my sister so we had the twin room. The room is very light and airy, clean (fresh towels every day) and with hot shower and all you need in the en-suite. This is a lovely old pub with very friendly staff. Kaye and her husband made us very welcome....

Had a 2 night stay while visiting Manchester originally my home town, to attend a concert. Room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Was made to feel very welcome and was great value for money. Would definitely stay here again

Thank Joyce B
