This is a well situated B&B,about 100 yards from the north shore with adequate parking in the street for £1 per night for a permit. The hosts Brenda and Paul were friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable. We stayed for a midweek break and were more than happy with this friendly,if a little dated,B&B.The room provided everything we required...

We visited The Glen Alan for a 1 night stay on Good Friday. We arrived pretty early and Paul was helpful to us in sorting our parking out. Later that afternoon we checked in with Brenda and she was lovely, giving us info on what's happening around Brid and where would be good for us to go. Our room was...

We were gifted a 2 night stay in the Glen Alan and decided to take advantage of the weekend before Easter as we were due to visit friends in York. I called well in advance and although the booking was a weeknight they kindly said we could stay at the weekend without the evening meal which suited us fine. The...

I can only reiterate what our friends above said. We surprised them by turning up and was put in the room next door. The owners were really helpful in putting us as close to them. What more can I say about the hotel which hasn't been said by or friends. Thank you for a lovely stay.

An old building but well maintained and immaculately clean. Very welcoming and helpful owners, nothing too much trouble. Room 6 was small but we were told about that before we came so not a problem. Friends came down from Billingham to see us and booked the room next door for an overnight stay! Did I mention the food?... oh yes,...

We booked a late February 2 night deal with Wowcher, and we felt we had excellent value for money in a charming small hotel in a great position near to the sea front and harbour area, close to a variety of restaurants and bars. Our room (10) was small but perfectly adequate, clean and warm with a comfy bed, TV...

Thank you so much for the lovely review, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay despite Storm Doris. The deal was for a standard double, however, guest's could upgrade to a large double for only £10 per night, this should have been explained at time of booking, sorry if it was not. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer later...

I bought a 2 night stay at the Glen Alan through Wowcher, for my partner's birthday. Having not been to Bridlington before and it being our first weekend away with no kids in about 6 years we were very much looking forward to it. Brenda and Paul are lovely and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very small...

Thank you for the lovely review, the Wowcher deal was for a standard room at £79 for two nights including a two course meal for two. Sorry you thought the room tiny, it is one of our standard size rooms, the option was given at the time of booking to upgrade to a deluxe room, which you declined. We do...

Arrived Friday and was greeted by a lovely couple who really couldn't do enough for us, we were upgraded to the suite free of charge. Had an evening meal in the hotel Friday night and couldn't finish my main meal due to being full up. The meal was absolutely beautiful and couldn't fault it in any way. Room was lovely...
