Great breakfast. good location. plenty of free parking. all amenities in the room such as fresh milk, tea & coffee, shower gels. Good spacious room couldn't ask for any more good value - even let us check in early. very friendly host - only improvement could be free wifi

Nice choice of what you had for breakfast. ideal location to walk into town. Little touches in the room made a nice change. The mattress was ideal for me as I slept like a log and was very comfortable. Down side were the cats running around the hotel.

We recently had a most enjoyable few days staying at this B&B . Pat is a friendly lady who gave us a warm welcome, our room was a good size with plenty of storage space, and even a mini fridge which was really useful plus a hospitality tray. The bathroom was also a good sized one & the whole place was...

Really nice b&b the room was cold to start but that was probably due to booking late, it soon warmed up though. Small bathroom but do you really need a big one? Big nice very clean room. Good location not far to walk in to the town centre. Breakfast was very nice!

Pat is a very welcoming lady, the hotel is clean, with tea and coffee making facilities biscuits as well, our room was cold even though the heating was on and we spent most of the time under the duvet to keep warm, a pleasant stay though. The hotel is close to town centre and a nice chip shop just round...

Just arrived home after spending the New Year at this accommodation, it is like home from home. Pat the lady of the house was so welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, what ever you asked for you got and more if you wished. Very clean, comfortable and warm rooms. Definitely a place that we will return to some time later this year....

After leaving a bed and breakfast after an hour due to appalling service and unsafe accommodation, pat welcomed us at very short notice. The hotel is clean warm and friendly. The breakfasts were cooked to order and delicious. Pat and her family run a friendly but professional service. Thank you. We hope to be back.
