At first I was a little bit nervous to find that we didn't have an en suite. But when we arrived we found that there was 4 toilets (2 included shower/bath) and it was not a problem at all. There was always a bathroom free. It was located literally on the town centre, it took us a 5 minute walk... More

Nice hotel centrally located , good value for money and the owners could not do enough for us. Parking around the back of the hotel is a little restrictive if you have a large car. Many thanks we will be back next year.

My gran and I stay here every year and will always come back. We love the new owners as they are very friendly and accommodating. There is a stair lift for the elderly or infirm which was perfect for my granny. The food is just what we needed to start the day. The rooms are basic but have everything we... More

We stayed at Morayland last weekend, July 27-28 and despite the fact that it was one of their busiest weekends yet, we were well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better BnB experience. At £64 a night, it’s a great value, especially considering the nice view, cosy room, TV and delicious breakfast. Plus, it’s only ten minutes away... More

Quite simply good value for money, good breakfast, friendly owners. Would recommend for a cheap no frills but very pleasant stay. Located 2 minutes walk to the esplanade or town centre, 5 mins from the Spa.

I and three friends booked in for one nights stay in October 2012. The rooms are basic but have all the basics, tea 7 coffee making facilities, TV, clean and comfortable beds. The decor and furniture are a little tired but that is purely cosmetic. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful, arranging an early breakfast to fit in to... More

Booked at short notice to cheer up the wife who had not been well. A lovely B n B thats well run by a very nice couple> Very good breakfast and spotlessly clean. As regards the comments that it needs updating that is being carried out over the coming winter. Well worth a visit.

We recently stayed here for one night. As other reviewers have said in much need of updating as some of the decor is very tired and dated. However everywhere is spotlessly clean and a reasonable guest house for a one night stay. The breakfast was hearty and well cooked and really set us up for the day. The owners are... More

Stayed for one night. Nice welcome. Room could do with updating BUT it was beautifully clean and more than adequate for our one night stay. Room was not en-suite but bathroom and separate toilet next to room so not an issue. Breakfast was good. Owners friendly but not in your face. Overall good value for money. Entrance to car park...
